I ordered the 'tea for two' and the cheesecake was hands down the best I have ever eaten. Highly recommend if you're about in Arundel. Staff were lovely, and the open fire is a fantastic touch

We have been to Belinda's before and we were greeted with a hello as we looked for a table. The staff waited for us to be seated comfortably and to look at the menu before they came over to take our order. The food and drink were hot and the quality good, service was excellent. The price was a bit expensive but worth it! Thank you

User

Warm and cosy. A bit like being in your own home. Cappuccino & service great. Sorry didn't try the cakes this time, but we will the next.

User

Lovely old tea room in Arundel, Our first time coming here.. we had an afternoon tea was very nice. One thing scones needed to be warm! Great that dogs are welcome too!

User

Stopped by with my parents for cake and coffee.

Rock cake was literally rock unfortunately and just crumbled over the plate, and cream tea for 2 which was ok ? Sat outside in the courtyard as weather was good but not great felt uncomfortable. Staff were nice and pleasant though.

Good food, lovely setting and interior. Sadly all this let down by extremely rude waitress. I asked for more milk and the jug was snatched away with no word then practely thrown down in the tray with milk slopping over the sides of the jug, again no words. Such a shame.

Really disappointed with Groupon afternoon tea offer. Gorgeous tea rooms let down by the poor customer service. Felt like second class customers on a 'voucher day'. We had to go and ask for drinks, we were told we had to choose the same sandwich and share it (2 quarters each) despite fact my friend vegetarian. Cakes were lovely but again it was 'You can choose one each!' I know it was about her deal but disappointed with sandwich choices and general customer service.

I was very unhappy after having afternoon tea on Wednesday 3rd February upon entering Belinda's and looking forward to our afternoon tea we took our seats and excitedly looked at the menu to see what we were going to have 6 other people came in after us and a single man called John who was obviously a regular because he was served before us and made a lot of fuss of then 2 other tables that had come in after us were also served at the time I said to the waitress excuse me we have been here ages and you have served these other tables and ignored us so without an apology the waitress said what are you having so my daughter showed the waitress the groupen voucher that we had for afternoon tea the waitress said you have a choice of 8 different sandwiches so I picked tuna and my daughter picked ham then the waitress said what cake do you want well how did I know I wasent told what cakes there were my daughter said she would have the Victoria sponge so I said that I would have the same the waitress then went into the kitchen with our order when she returned with our plates and 2 pots of tea that was the first mistake because I wanted coffee then the cake stand arrived NO tuna sandwich but 4 ham sandwiches 2 scones the smallest pot of cream and jam that is usually served for one scone not 2 the cake was nice so all not bad. I just feel that after being so looking forward to this afternoon tea being a treat it was not. I would not use Belinda's again I would of complained 2 days ago but have been so upset by this have left it til now .the waitress was very unfriendly !!!
