Bendy Gecko Yoga

Bendy Gecko Yoga is a dynamic flow yoga for all levels , even complete beginners . Our style will build strength and flexibility in an enjoyable environment.

Bendy Gecko Yoga is a professionally run, friendly class focusing on dynamic flow yoga for all levels including complete beginners.
We do this by offering modifications from easy to more challenging techniques for each posture.
The classes last for an hour and a half and in that time we gradually move from a gentle warm up , breathing techniques and on to the standing postures that include forward bends , twisting and rotating the trunk and spine. All postures are demonstrated by the Yoga teacher and include physical and verbal queues for each posture.
We then focus on seated postures which include gentle back bends before we totally relax for a short time at the end of our class.
The first class is free and the classes thereafter are donation based , £5 minimum , £8 - £10 suggested donation.
