We’re all safe and so is the shop so it’s business as usual, 8am-4pm, every day except Tuesdays.

Mass proofing started very early this morning. Every morning Ben is up at the crack of dawn freshly preparing cakes, breads and salads for the day ahead!

🐣 Happy Easter! 🐣 We are open over the Easter weekend but we are closed on Sunday 16 April.

Why make your own lunch when you can buy super scrummy, nutritious and nourishing salads from Ben's Flavours? As a regular lunchtime visitor I love the take away boxes of salad. Full of colour and flavours that leave you wanting to demolish another box! As an avid foodie and lover of healthy cooking the food at Ben's not only looks and tastes great but has inspired me in my own kitchen to experiment even more with flavours! Best I put Ben's book on my Christmas list...I might not be able to wait that long though!

Was passing with family on Saturday when we noticed the amazing cake display in the window - work of art! Had to go in to try some of the cakes which were lovely and fresh - def go back again and try some of the lunch menu. Nice and friendly with a good buzz about it. The Carrot cake slice my brother in law was given was huge - but he pretty much finished it as was that good!

Visited today for a lunchtime treat.... so much to choose from .. .there was a window full of cakes pastries and breads that enticed us in. Once inside a selection of delicious salads, savouries with all sorts of fillings, quiche and breads on the counters. Plenty of vegetarian options too. Staff were very polite and friendly too. They even offer a takeaway service! We will definitely be back very soon

This is a little gem! They open at 8am, which is fabulous. They offer superb coffee. The most gorgeous breakfasts and sumptuous cakes and pastries. I have heard on good account, that their lunchtime menu is also fantastic and their salads are brilliant. Worth checking this place out, as an alternative to the regular cafés etc in Lee on Solent �

Superb. A good selection of savoury dishes and salads, absolutely bursting with freshness and flavour. I had the galette (mushrooms and cheese) and the butternut squash salad and they were wonderful. As was my lemon meringue with passionfruit. Came home with a big bag of massive meringues, too, because they were too spectacular to pass by! The displays were enticing, the service excellent and the whole experience needs repeating again and again. It's a shame I live hundreds of miles away because I would be a very regular customer.

My family and I have just had the most delicious breakfast. A lovely treat for Mothering Sunday. Rachel and the team are so welcoming and friendly, we’ll definitely be back, thank you.

My boyfriend and myself came in with our 2 year old daughter to take away some cakes, which led to two boxes of cakes and some delicious leek and cheese rolls! What a lovely little addition to the High Street. The owner served me and what a lovely lady she was. Will be back in the week to sample more of the delicious food! Good luck and we wish you every success in the business. P.s you asked me to let you know if my boyfriend could finish the chocolate cake in one sitting - it was gone within minutes � Thank you xx

Marvellous Mother’s Day Meetup with my Mum today. It was so difficult to choose from the mouthwatering meringues, gateaux, fruit tarts and pastries! They tasted as good as they looked, and we had a lovely time. Thank you for treating my very fragile special Mum with patience and charm.

Lee-on-the-Solent has a real gem here. Spread the news as the food and service is really good, and you'd pay a lot more if this was in a big city.

Just had eggs benedict with smoked salmon ... so wish I had had my phone with me .It looked exquisite and the taste was to die for .

The mint tea was refreshing and a perfect foil to the richness of the dish .

Huge congratulations Ben and all your staff ....just what this village needs .We will be back soon .

Had an amazing brunch here today. Even though it was busy when we arrived our party of 8 was quickly accommodated. The eggs benedict was really good, one of the best I have had. We even brought some of the meringues home to sample later. The only very small issue was that there are no high chairs yet, but they have only been open for a week and they will be arriving soon. Didn't spoil our experience though and will be back again in the very near future.

Had a lovely meal at Ben Flavours. We met Ben he was very welcoming. I would highly recommend the chicken curry.

Had a fantastic lunch rounded of by amazing cake. Rachel, Ben and all there staff so friendly and welcoming. My son Ewan who has GDD and autism loved the cafe and felt so comfortable, he can not wait to return for the cheese and onion sausage roll. I Can not wait to come back and take my friends here and I know my family can not wait to visit to. Yum, yum thank you so much😊

Gosh, it's impossible to walk past Ben's Flavours and not go in. I've been a handful of times now and have yet to sample the savoury menu because I take one look at the cake and pastry display and I'm completely smitten. Since we've discovered Ben's Flavours my husband is extremely happy as he is no longer 'dragged out for cake'. He can instead indulge his savoury side whilst I eat more dessert than I should and this suits us perfectly. Oh, and they are definitely the best sweet treats in Hampshire.

An ideal place for a relaxed breakfast .. decent coffee and a chef who knows how to cook . Had sausages , eggs , mushrooms and bread , all tasted good
