My interest in focusing on complementary therapy as a career started six years ago after years of working and running my own public relations company. Exhaustion and constant travelling led me to seek a completely new direction in my work and lifestyle. Having already practised Reiki for a number of years after discovering its enormous benefits when suffering from insomnia, as well as being a great advocate of massage itself, I completed my Diploma in Holistic Massage and Anatomy & Physiology with distinction and continue to advance my learning in Advanced Clinical Massage at the Jing Institute in Brighton. This enables me to focus on clients with chronic health conditions and to help them to manage their pain. I am also fully qualified in pregnancy massage.

Aware of the importance of good health I strongly believe that massage forms part of a regular and essential maintenance routine that everyone can benefit from, taking time to promote their own physical and emotional health and well-being.

I use a combination of techniques and tailor each treatment to the needs of each individual client. As well as a relaxing holistic massage, I can incorporate myofascial release, trigger point therapy, soft and deep tissue massage and stretching for the treatment of conditions such as repetitive strain injuries, low back pain, sciatica to headaches, mood fluctuations, hormonal issues and sleeping problems. I can also include reiki in a treatment to help balance and promote relaxation and a general sense of well-being.

I am fully insured, first aid trained and a member of the CTHA.

I offer a mobile treatment service within a 10 mile radius of Beckley, East Sussex. I can also, on request, treat clients at my home in Beckley, TN31 for daytime appointments only.

Rates:
All treatments are offered in a 60 and 75 minute session and are charged as follows:

Prices include cost of travel. I allow an additional 15 minutes consultation prior to the first treatment.

60 minute treatment - £45 or (5 x bookings for £200)*
75 minute treatment - £55 or (5 x bookings for £250)*
*to be paid in advance
