Many of you may know Gabija from her years of experience within the hotel, natural progression has taken her to these new dizzy heights! We are so pleased to have you Gabija ޟ˜€

We just had a nights stay through Secret Escapes. We had an Executive room which was lovely, very clean. Evening meal was a set 3 course meal with 3 choices on each course, food was delicious. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Very Good, the shuttle Services to the train Station was excelentes with the driver Toro!

Thank you all the staff at this lovely hotel, we held our daughter and son in laws wedding reception here and they truly went out of their way to make it a very memorable occasion. Thank you to the chef's the food was superb hot and delicious, staff where so kind and worked really hard especially the bar staff, our room was lovely clean and comfortable, I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is planning a wedding or any other occasion. Thank you once again.

Stayed here for the first time and had a wonderful experience, staff we're lovely, breakfast was great and will 100% be going back!

Couldn't fault the hotel or service we received. Executive room with full English breakfast and 2 X ôÈ25 vouchers for evening meal taken in restaurant, bar or next door pub. We decided to eat in the restaurant and the meals were superb. Breakfast was very good too. Really pleased with stay and price we paid, ôÈ114 with Secret Escapes.

Stayed for 2 nights b&b. Table service Saturday morning and buffet breakfast on the Sunday, food piping hot and no complaints. Rooms clean and staff very helpful. Only thing is the mattress could of done with replacing, bit of a roll into the middle, would stay again if in the area

Bedroom good size. Bed too hard. Pillows too hard. Food ok although not quick enough to replenish cooked breakfast option when items ran out. Staff very pleasant. Lovely surrounding fairly quiet location. Pub should offer more specials to vary the main menu when you are staying for a week. Inclusive menu for corporate clients is a bit mean as other hotels offer a drink as part of your meal rate- worse when there was an advertised meal deal for less than my company paid and it included a drink

staff were friendly and food was lovely but room dated and very noisy through night with people on same floor and drunken loud person at front of hotel below my window at 3.00am staff should have sorted him out much quicker. However Tourio mini bus driver from hotel is the star of it! lovely man and lovely start to work day being driven to office by him!!

We went for a party - three course seated meal followed by disco for just under 100 people. The venue itself is stunning. The food was a bit hit and miss; some of it was absolutely delicious, some was inedible, but most was as expected. However, the staff struggled to cope with a large party. Catching the eye of a waiter to ask for a fresh pitcher of water took well over fifteen minutes. They forgot to bring the shared plates of mixed veg to our table. When coffee was served, over half of our table was completely ignored, and they had to go over to the coffee table themselves to get one. They also forgot to bring out sugar and milk for the coffee.

Bottom line: lovely venue, but the staff are not equipped to deal with large parties.

Restaurant review : There was 2 of us dining on a Thursday evening and we arrived at 18:30. We were the only people in the restaurant. We ordered 2 mains and after a long wait our food arrived. One was fantastic and one was poor. We then ordered 2 cold puddings, these took over half an hour to arrive. Again one was lovely and one was not even edible.

For the price I was disappointed and will not be returning.

Just stayed on a Saturday night, 2 adults & 2 children. Hotel itself was ok, food was ok, ate from bar menu in the evening, and breakfast. All was just ok - nothing amazing, but also nothing bad.

Can't complain for the price we paid, very spacious room - even for 4 people. Clean & tidy as you'd expect.



Staff - excellent. Definately the best point, we bumped into the manager (I think) whilst looking around and within a few minutes he was offering kids complimentary chocolate bars and fruit. Likewise all other staff couldnt be more helpful.



Would definately stay again.



Only gripe was stuck up hotel guests tutting because children were there !!! Get a grip its a Saturday night, not a ôÈ500 a night executive hotel, what do you expect !!

I stayed on business and have asked them not to book this hotel chain again...fantastically overpriced and not even Travelodge room service...I was at Coppid Beech the night before..half the price and so much better.

I organised a party of 18 to attend Christmas meal and party evening. Service of food was disappointing due to our mains being brought out and a very long delay for vegetables to arrive. Needless to say we sat watching our turkey, salmon etc getting colder amongst a couple of other issues. Most of us had cheeseboard to finish and either had lots of cheese and 4 small crackers or cheeses missing. By the time Staff brought more out, we were already leaving tables to go party. Been here last 2 years but this was most disappointing regards meal.

Had a lovely experience at the hotel at my granddaughter's wedding reception all the staff went out of their way to be helpful , the food was lovely and they laid on a wonderful buffet I would thoroughly recommend them x

Not a great experience for me. Hotel price was high and the room was very basic. I ate off the bar menu and waited 50mins for a tikka curry that was disappointing. Breakfast was poor with split level but not indication of low beam so took a hit to the head...

If the cost had been ôÈ80 then I wouldn't have thought much. But for ôÈ144 without breakfast I feel it was sub standard compared to other hotels and prices. I don't think I will be staying again.

It's a lovely looking hotel better on the inside than from outside. However we had a poor nights sleep as the bed was sooooo firm we got uncomfortable constantly! Take a leaf from premier inn and get beds like theirs! Plus no hairdryer in the room and no guide as to what was where didn't find the extra towels till after morning showerޟ˜¯Wifi was rubbish it wasn't explained that the slip of paper given at check in had the security code, so not impressed by communications from staff. Breakfast was ok tho. But won't be back there in a hurry!
