Welcome to Beurre-Blanc Home Cookery Schoool !
Beurre-Blanc would like to offer you a wide selection of home cookery lessons including making up your own cookery lesson, under the heading " create your own menu ". There is somthing there for everyone !
Each lesson is home based. We can transform your kitchen into a mini cooking school within minutes, you will always recieve full professional and individual attention from our highly qualified chefs.
We can always tailor make lessons for you, if reqired.
We can cater for one-to-one tuition or we can offer small group lessons, depending on the size of your kitchen. This is a great way to increase your confidence and cooking skills, pick up useful tips and improve your ability to produce some wonderful food for yourself, family and friends.
We offer a friendly and fun service, but above all, we will provide you with a professional and educational service. We believe in clean flavours and not over complicated food. we also believe in the value of using local and seasonal produce by supporting our local farmers and fishermen.

Gluten free cookery lessons available in Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. We can tailor make your lessons to suit your dietary requirements.
This week we provided a gluten free lesson for a couple of lovely ladies and made a shoulder of lamb with rosemary and tomato, gluten free chocolate fondant and prawn and crab cakes with a Beurre Blanc chilli jam.

On Saturday we were round at the couple that have had a lesson with us before and this time round we made bourbon bbq ribs, slow cooked sholder of lamb with rosmary, lemon and garlic, champ mash followed by pear tartin with clotted cream, they both had a fantastic lesson and can't wait to start reproducing what they prepared for there friends.

We were over at #Thamesditton in #Surrey yesterday for a Artisan bread making lesson, what a great day! Claire did very well with her French bread crusty baguette, focaccia which was delicious and the granary loaf with hits of malt.

Totally brilliant! I have bought my husband 2 lessons with Ally and he loved it (and I loved the food!) Still enjoying an incredible banana & chocolate cheesecake. Absolutely recommend. Great food & really good fun.
I had a great day cooking fish with Ally. He was very relaxed, patient and personable and the food we cooked was fantastic as well. Learnt how to fillet fish properly and make some restaurant quality dishes. It was a really great birthday present which I would highly recommend for anyone who loves to cook.
I booked a private cooking lesson at our home for my husband and brother-in-law. They both loved it! Alistair was very relaxed and made it fun... And the food was crazily good. Highly recommend! :)
