We went to Bicester Village on Sunday. I have to say all the staff at the Vivienne Westwood were helpful but Joel was amazing. He helped me with several of my items that I purchased and served me again at the till. I am so excited for my next visit and I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends. Now to wait until my birthday to find out what was in the other bad that came out of the store. Thanks again Joel for all your help on an extremely busy Sunday!! Also a massive thank you to the amazing girls in customer service who where fantastic every time we went in to drop our bags off xx

User

Mixed feelings about this place first of all not that hugeeeeee as I imagine before .... few places where you can really eat something healthy, a lot of very affordable things from big brands. I will return for sure next month! Big thumbs up for your staff, cheers for everything Thomas!

User

Fantastic place: loads of lovely shopping in beautiful surroundings - whoever designed and looks after your borders, shrubs and roses deserves a medal as they were stunning. Lunch in the Farm Shop was absolutely delicious. Even though it was heaving with shoppers, everyone including staff and security was happy and friendly. We are already planning our next visit. x

I had such a lovely experience today in the Furla Bicester store. I found the perfect bag which I loved, however, I left the shop without purchasing to see what other places had to offer.

I couldn’t get this bag out of my mind, so I went back to get it, but it had been sold! I had been told previously that it was the last one, so obviously, I was beside myself and hysterical that this bag was once in my grasp but then gone. (And at SUCH a good deal that I thought I had missed).

The shop was very busy and everyone else seemed to shrug me off and say that the bag was gone. But then, Vickie appeared! She searched high, low and did everything in her power to get the bag for me. She succeeded! She found one in the stock room, she was lovely and couldn’t have done more for me. Defiantly 10/10 customer service, absolutely made my day.

I just thought you should know, as she should be recognized for her outstanding efforts.

Visit regularly nice day out always a bargain to be had I think there's plenty of places to eat as its a venue for high end shopping and not the high street staff there are lovely and can't help enough even when its busy and you are buying a small item they give as much attention to you as you get buying a large purchase could do without the rudeness of certain tourists pulling items from your hands and standing over you for your seat whilst eating your lunch but put that down to cultural differences lol and for Pete's sake keep selling REAL fur along with real silk wool down leather ect if you want a synthetic substitute shop on the high street the reason for shopping here is luxury goods .

User

Express shuttle to the village is good and on the way to the city now. A bit upset on my purchase at Mulberry today. when I opened the big carrying bag, I just found one handbag in it. Although I checked I only paid one on the receipt, when I was in the counter, the salesman took my 2 bags to the counter... May be he helped to check the cash under the machine and forgot my no. of items... my lovely bag...

User

Bicester is great if you want to grab a designer bargain! I love that they have so many top brands like Saint Laurent and Alexander McQueen, as well as brands like Ralph Lauren. My only criticism is that's it's very hard to get something to drink, especially if you want something just to take around with you. Vending machines would be great like at other outlets I've been too. Next time I'll be prepared and take my own. Otherwise, great day out shopping!

User

Been first time with my gf and was good sunny day with shopping bags in hand ... Was good outer look of village, good shopping discounts and collection ... Over all perfect day for us and good long drive from London too

User

Really nice environment for shopping but the parking needs sorting out - arrived for 9:00am this morning to be told I couldn’t use the multi-storey car park closest to the shops - even though - there were already cars in there!!! Marshall’s were pushing all the cars out to the furthest car parks on the basis the multi-storey wouldn’t be open for another 45 mins - weird as 5 mins later when I walked passed it was open!! Clearly didn’t know what the plan was and seemed to make it as difficult as possible for the people arriving early!!

User

My daughter and I enjoy a VIP reception at the Apartment today at around 11:30am which is extremely lovely, staff are very friendly offering us welcome drinks, and hand free shopping can be arranged free of charge. It is such an extraordinary experience for us before we are setting off for shopping. Absolutely jaw dropping!

Shops are great and the whole village is much bigger with more shops this year which is amazing.

It’s all like brilliant shopping but not until it’s time for the tax return time. Never mind the hot weather we have been queuing outdoor for more than 25 mins, no staff or special notice what so ever telling customers that tax return can only being dealt at their office over £135 EACH RECEIPT.

I found its so unfair for all the overseas customers queuing there patiently and politely for more than 30 mins, then a lady staff came over to tell us not able to do tax return if not meeting that requirement. This act is extremely irrespecutful feels like we were all looked down there. Should it be a sign there to draw our attention before customers start queuing? Why wasting customers’ time and make a black mark overall? It’s completely fine if there’s notices to alert us but sadly nothing. It is supposed to offer nice services to customers but how come the tax return control makes it more difficult for customers? Doesn’t it downgrade the whole image of Bicester Village? Should the senior management review and improve the overall system even though it is already a popular place to visit?

Best regards from HK traveller

Today, I went to bicester again, happy shopping. But, when I went to the management, I would like to put miles, Then I told Victoria my card number, by end of two zero(20), but she put double zero(00). I found my name is not show up, maybe something wrong, so I double checked. Everyone can make mistake, so I dont mind doing again, but your staff Tzaki Fabina, came over, told someone else, I told a wrong one. I said I did not, I told the right one, but she insist! I asked her you are not here, how can you tell I told a wrong one! It is really rediculous! ruin my day!!!

Funny is one month ago, I wrote a review, the lady is her as well.

Most staff are friendly, warm, and helpful, except the lady served in management near the train station at around 6pm today.

I have been twice now, although we got what we went there for, I will not return because I cannot think of an excuse to justify the horrendous odour the whole place has, I went yesterday thinking the first time was bad luck, but to go months later a second time and it be just as bad is just bad form really. I can still smell it on me now. When I am shopping at Mulberry for my wife and Jimmy Choo I do not expect to walk out into what smells like a gone off fish market. And at the other end by Ted Baker to have a strong odour of smoked cheese wafting all around me. It was heave inducing and I’d rather pay more to shop somewhere else.

User

Was really looking forward to this place and was so happy when I found the items that I wanted only to go home and find that my Prada bag, which was a fresh one from the store room and was all wrapped up, was damaged! I'm not even gonna tell you how much I paid for it other than A LOT but gosh I'm so annoyed. To make things worse, I was given the incorrect scarf by Gucci which has further aggravated me. I live in the north and it's not easy for me to go back to Bicester Village for an exchange. Super annoyed customer. The only way to make it up to me is by trying to resolve my complaint!

Was invited to a private event with up to 20% of in shops what a pointless event when

No shop except this code .. waste of

Time waste of a shopping trip !

Using animal skins coats pelts and tails in fashion is abhorrent and despicable.

This is not the dark ages it’s twenty seventeen.

Their are plenty of man made fabrics and plant based materials to hide our modesty and keep us warm.

There is absolutely no need to tear it of a live animal causing them a horrendous; torturous and vile death.

There is no excuse for animal abuse.

Think you could be wearing your pet !! Yes this does happen.

User

The 20 percent sale is a scam many stores are not participating, some not even giving 10 percent vip discount due to the unknown fact that their products had already been reduced in price. Brioni to be specific, won’t give 10 percent no more unless you’re u spend over 500 gbp, a total joke on the additional sales campaign. Customer service does not know much about benefits given to certain high net worth customers at Bicester village. All in all the place offers a much worse experience than before.

User

Shoppers beware !!!#Bicester village is the worst outlet in my opinion . My husband and I went to a coach store in bicester village outlet and he bought me a handbag . Later I had a change of mind and when i tried to return back, the shop was closed so the next day I again went back and told them that i didnt like the handbag and would like a refund but that time the staff were very rude and told me that they don't have a refund button. When i went to buy they were all nice....then i asked for the manager who shunned me off by telling that they can't refund but only exchange. They should have informed me about their return policy when i am buying itself shame that the customer service is so bad...He handed me a card with customer service number to talk to them . I called them and told them about my situation and they told me that they only process online orders for outlet purchases the manager will only call me . Its been 2 weeks i have mailed them and called them but no response...Its a £167 handbag which is quite expensive and they are not selling it at a low price that they can't refund....

User

It is now I can only write about the poor service my friend from Australia received from the manager in Marc Jacobs. From buying a bag and using this once the bag had poor wear and the colouring faded.

We went to Marc Jacobs to explain the item was used once and this must be a fault on the bag the manager dismissed my friend and accused her of dragging the bag on the buggy which was not the case.

The managers attitude, lack of customer service skills and a I’m not willing to deal with this’ left a very angry and upset visitor to this country.

Just because this is an outlet doesn’t mean that a lack of responsibility attitude should be taken.

Poor attitude Marc Jacobs

User

I have just found out that one of your shops called Holland Cooper is selling fur and down. This has shocked and disappointed me and I will no longer shop at your village .

Please set an example and ban these items from being sold. There is so much suffering in order to get the skin and feathers from a living animal.

This is barbaric and totally unnecessary.
