About Big Group Sing
The Big Group Sing is a weekly group singing class. We welcome singers of all abilities who simply love to sing in a friendly, relaxed & fun environment.
Big Group Sing Description
We meet every Thursday evening at 7. 30pm (prompt! ) until 9. 30pm in "The Room" at St. Johns Church, Farncombe GU7 3EJ. A typical class will include a short vocal warm up focussing on breathing technique, posture and diction. We then issue sheet music for a selection of pieces ranging from contemporary Pop right through to Musical Theatre and everything in between. By the end of each session we have typically learnt 3 to 4 numbers, all including varying harmonies. The classes are conducted by a renowned Musical Director and singing coach, who has over 40 years professional experience. The cost of each class is £10 per person and you can register by emailing your details to thebigroupsing@hotmail.com
