It’s a year ago this week that I phoned The Samaritans at my lowest most stressed burnt out in my life feeling and being told that everything I was doing was not good enough. I have since turned my life and Mum hers completely around with the wonderful support from Harewood Medical Practice, the NHS with their Mindfulness course that I went on and actually completed as I finally gave myself permission to do something entirely for me.
I spoke openly about our struggles to com...bat the taboo on mental health and how it happens to anyone from any source. The only negative backlash I received was from those that had actually caused the situation.
I want to take this moment to acknowledge the last 12 months of an incredible turnaround journey that you, all our wonderful clients have been a part of and also been amazingly supportive to myself and Eleanor. We are so lucky to have the support you have given us.
Tempany our lovely apprentice came in to our lives and salon in November and she has helped us to heal ❤️ bringing so much laughter back in to work.
If you are feeling low and going through a stressful time, please know that we are here for you with support. We may not be able to fix things for you, but we are always here for a cuppa, a hug and a chat. Just please don’t suffer in silence and on your own.

Such a fantastic place to go and be pampered. My recent full body massage was absolutely amazing - right to the tips of my fingers and the soles of my feet! A wonderful way to spend an hour. Indulge yourself - we are all worth it!! :-)

My favourite place to go for a spray tan, so natural and lasts ages �

My Sister-in-Law and I both had the Express Facial and Back, Neck & Shoulder massage package at the weekend and it was lovely. Massage pressure as requested and great products. My Sis-in-Law said it was the best she'd had and a trip to Urban Spa is now a must whenever she is visiting us.

Love it here, I always get my eyebrows waxed here wouldn't go anywhere else! Great prices as well! Eleanor always does a great job! Definitely recommend this place!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! It's 5 minutes walk from home, they sell my favourite spa products and inside the spa is so peaceful and relaxing.The staff are so lovely and pay a lot of attention to detail. Susan looked after me today and I have to say it was the best Decleor facial I have had so far so I would recommend this treatment highly. I also had the Elemis salt body scrub which is also a favourite of mine. From a personal point of view this place is just perfect. Thankyou so much ladies see you again soon x

I have had a few treatments at this salon including Elemis facials, a manicure with gel nails, HD brows and my hair cut. I've been very satisfied with all treatments and will definitely be returning. They do fantastic offers, the staff are really friendly, professional and good at their jobs and it's so easy to get parked and access the salon!
