Fully loaded up, our salesman Dave from Allan Jefferies South Yorkshire set off on a 2200 mile trip on and off road through the Trans Euro Trails. (see map) Dave could only explain the F 800 GS as exciting, underestimated, reliable, rewarding, comfortable and economical. All in all, this bike exceeded expectations. Took my GS 1200 for its service yesterday and as always all the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable they even loaned me a GSA 1200 for a demo

This must be one of the best motorcycle dealers in the country. Always good deals and the workshop/service department are always very helpful.

What a great team, they all still make me feel welcome and valued despite the size of place.

Thanks for all your help over the years keeping me on the road .

The best service experience I can remember !

My recently acquired, 12 year old, k1200, recently went in for a 'little' job, which became a much bigger job.

Its my first BMW & the first time I'd dealt with them.

From my initial enquiry, to picking my bike back up, everyone I encountered were friendly, knowledgable & very helpful.

Communication was great & their efforts & attitude towards helping me & fixing my bike were brilliant.

While my bike was there 3 service action/updates were done for free & I had a loan bike for the duration as well.

Despite my bill being far more than originally estimated, I left feeling I'd been looked after, had great service & a refreshingly positive experience all round.

They even properly fixed my bike.

On a recent ride I found my sidelights were not working so the following day I called the showroom and an appointment was made for the day after for me to call in to have them checked.

5 mins later they had found the fault but couldn't fix it, apparently they don't employ anyone to follow you about to show which button to push ;-)

Joking apart, don't be fooled by the plush showrooms, this is a family run business with true old fashioned family values.

Just a shame they can't fix the nut riding the bike :-)

Never had any dealings with Alan Jeffries until I bought a 2015 1200GSA from them.

Thought Steve the salesman was first rate.

No pressure, just wanted for me to get the right bike that and a excellent trade in, sealed the deal. The service department is second to none, going that extra mile.

Just had a service on my bike, very impressed with the attention to detail and being made to feel like a valued customer. Shame they are not closer to home but definitely worth the ride over.

I took my GS12 for a service yesterday, and also to have some safety recall work carried out. The service from all the staff was first class as always. A massive thank you to you all, I'm a very happy customer, exactly why I have been going to Allan Jefferies for many years. Oh, thank you for cleaning my GS too, looks great!

Dropped the bike on Monday night and broke hand guard and clutch lever, needed it doing ASAP as I’m off to Germany and Austria on Thursday, many thanks to Dan for sorting it today. Great service, as usual!!

Broke the clip on my pannier half way through my adventure with a few friends. They got me on my way taking the clip of one of their own bikes to get me back on the road. This goes beyond customer service!!

Both Shipley and Rotherham have been a life saver today. Fantastic service from the first call to being handed my keys back and being back one the road.

Always a friendly face and top dealership. Coffee must be filled with wallet loosening drugs as they've managed to sell me (tight Yorkshire git) 3 bikes now. Keep it up guys.

Allan Jeffries has changed a lot since the 80s when they were a Japanese multi franchise bike shop. Now they are one of the leading BMW bike dealerships in Yorkshire.

I been to assorted events there and they know how to do them right. Everyone is welcomed, even if you don't have a BMW. The place is always very clean and über tidy. Staff always make you feel welcome and there is never an issue if you want to take a bike out for a rest ride.

Other dealers can take note - this is how to do it.

Absolutely second to none!! I’ve bought 4 bikes from them over the years and the sales / service is exemplary! Nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a smile! They set the standard in customer care I look forward to my next visit........

1st time I’ve purchased a bike from them but I’ll be back, brilliant helpful staff both front of house and workshops

'Simply the best' always helpful and very friendly. I could just travel 30mins to my nearest BMW dealers but instead I choose to travel the best part of three hours ( this time on a very wet day ) to come here instead. Says it all really. Thanks guys
