We had the royal ๐ visit yesterday, it was the Duke of Kent, he loved loved loved our food (well we think he did haha) we didn't get any pictures as we was so busy but the company we was at did so just waiting for them to come back. This was the only picture I got at the kitchen as we also had 13 over buffets yesterday so very busy..... Did really enjoy making this menu...

We enjoy making our different buffets, today we had salmon on a bed of rice, cheese board, Cruditรฉs, dim sum, pitta bread and some yummy cakes and fruit skewers to finish it off.
This was a taster menu made today for a very special customer. Finger sandwiches, canapรฉs and very nice cakes.

Been very busy today we are at fort purbrook craft fair cooking all the yummy food for there fair, please pop up tomorrow and look around, lots of stalls and of course brilliant food from bocadillos
