I attend Zuzanna’s AB’s and Back gym class at Reading west gym every Tuesday evening and wow! What a class! �
At first it was hard and I had the “I can’t do it” frame of mind but now weeks down the line sticking to it and pushing myself - it’s definitely starting to make a difference. Im starting to see some improvements; definitely strengthening my core. I like the fact she joins in with the class and motivates everyone that participates.
It’s one of my favourite classes now ��
Zuza was really helpful, always very dedicated and she also motivated me a lot of times, very professional trainer . Highly recommended!
Zuza is very professional she always makes everyone feel very comfortable. I love the classes and go regularly. She always encourages every person in the class. I have been going for a month now and have started to see a healthy weight loss and I have a lot more confidence. It’s not just the exercise Zuza helps you with it’s also healthy eating. I would highly recommend joining especially if your the type of person who doesn’t like the gym and wants to get fit in a nice and friendly environment
Zuza is very professional and passionate about body shaping. She did a very good job when she did a trial training for me. Highly recommend!
Training with Zuza is demanding and fun she really pushes you and knows her stuff no matter if it's nutrition or training. I would recommend anyone to train with her.
She works us hard and my tummy muscles always hurt 😆 it’s so worth it as I feel so good after. Thank you for pushing and encouraging me 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Just wanted to say thank you for my Wednesday evenings - I can slowly feel my body changing shape, and I am actually looking forward each week to an exercise class! Your patience and encouragement are much appreciated :)

Did a group bootcamp trail with Zuza in prep for 2018. It was great fun, such a mixture of exercises for a full body work out! Hard work but the time flew by! She worked with everyone in the group so nobody was left out not knowing how or what to do. Would highly recommend �
