This month The AOR are focussing on the benefits of reflexology & digestive issues.. the gut is referred to as a “second brain” as it is the only part of the of the body that can function on its own!! Scientists believe a healthy digestive system could be more important than we have been lead to believe and a possible key to wellbeing.. it’s ironic then that I decided to seek help from a kinesiologist this week as I was sick of having constant IBS SYMPTOMS.. it took Debbie Herbert just 60 mins to diagnose me as celiac.. it’s such a relief to finally have a diagnosis.. I will also be having REFLEXOLOGY to help ease my symptoms as the 2 therapies work very well together.. I’m now questioning why I waited so long to seek help 🤔🤔
