Great article from Dr Aseem Malhotra, please like and share.
“The government public health message enhanced by the media to stay at home, protect the NHS and save lives has been powerful and effective. Given the speed at which health markers for metabolic disease improve from dietary interventions, an equally strong if not more significant population health message should now be to “eat real food, protect the NHS and save lives.”

Since shutting my BSR practice at the weekend I've been trying to use the time usefully to help boost online work for UK Health Coaches. This is a blog post I wrote for them today. Please share!

Dear All, Unsurprisingly and with a heavy heart I have had to make the decision to close my BSR practice for the time being.
I will continue to see a few clients online for health coaching sessions (message me if you're interested in getting some support over the coming weeks to get into better habits) - one of the positive sides to this crazy situation we all find ourselves in is that as routines get shaken up we can choose to rebuild better habits that will help us to be h...ealthier in the future. A lot can change in 90 days!
Look out for posts from me as I am here for you from afar - please comment so I know you're there! message me or call me if you're struggling (its good to talk!)
Thank you for your enthusiasm and support for BSR and I sincerely hope to see you again in a few weeks.
Look after yourselves and your loved ones. Eat nutritious food, find a way to keep exercising, get good sleep, find other ways to help to manage your stress, keep positive. xx

A baby with pain or discomfort may cry almost constantly. If medical conditions have been ruled out and the baby is feeding normally / obviously not hungry, it's likely the baby has body stress.
BSR and babies go very well together. The pressure that a BSR practitioner applies to the baby is very, very gentle and often sees the baby falling asleep. Bring your baby in to see your nearest practitioner if you think your little bundle is suffering.
Some signs to look out for are:... a lot of crying, restless limbs, squirming when you change a nappy, colic, constipation, diarrhoea. 👶

Dealing with illness, whether you're the one who is ill or you are supporting someone who is, can be incredibly stressful. Working with a Body Stress Release practitioner can be really helpful - not only providing relief from tension as it builds up in your body, but also because it provides a safe space to voice how your body is feeling. Who do you know who would benefit from some BSR?

This, my friends, hits the nail on the head! We all have a choice .... don't wait til you're regretting it!

The wonderful UK BSR association offer copies of a little book on the BSR technique free to anyone curious to learn more (and who likes a good ole fashioned 'proper' book rather than reading up online). To take advantage of this amazingly generous offer follow the link http://www.bodystressrelease.org.uk/order .htm. I think the RRP for the book is something like £3.50
