Boodle Description
Welcome to Boodle, the easy way to buy and sell vintage, label and top high street pre-loved women’s clothing.
Boodle is easy to do: simply price up your item, drop it off and we’ll put it in one of our sales. 10 days after the sale, pick up your cash!
What items does boodle sell?
We sell preloved and nearly new women’s clothing and accessories. This includes: wedding dresses, general women’s clothing, maternity, handbags, shoes, belts, scarves, jewellery, dressing mirrors and so much more.
We only accept clothing that is of good quality and in good condition. What we are looking for are mid to high range high street labels, vintage items and boutique. We also accept lower range labels if the condition is really excellent or the tags are still on. See our sellers guide for further information on how to make sure your items sells.
Are there any items boodle does not accept for sale?
We hope you will support us in not accepting real fur or products made from endangered animals such as ivory. We also do not accept pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.
We do ask you to comply with our standards of quality and condition. We all want our buyers to walk away happy with their refreshed wardrobe!
I’ve got some items I’d like to sell, what do I do next?
Use the sellers list overleaf to detail the items you would like to sell, and how much you would like to sell them for. Then get in touch with us at boodlesale@gmail.com to arrange a drop off.
We’d recommend you look at our sellers guide and most of all that you set a fair price for your item – after all you don’t want your item back!
If you can’t drop your items off, get in touch - a collection service may be available.
What if my items don’t sell?
We’ll do our best to make sure your item does sell, however if it doesn’t find a loving home this time around you can either: pick your item up to 10 days after the sale or leave it with us if you have no further use for it. Just select your preferred option on the sellers table.
How much does it cost?
If there is no sale then there’s no cost.
When Boodle sell your item, we subtract 25% of the sale price to cover our fees. For our introductory sale on the 9th of November this is reduced to 20% so get in touch right away!

Over 900 amazing items now ready for the sale tomorrow - from gorgeous day tops to boutique evening dresses to psychedelic maxi dresses. It's all there for the taking! Don't forget it starts at 10am in the Baptist Hall (opposite Mumma's & Beans and Prezzo on Queen Street) and it's cash only. See you there.
The canny eye will know that to buy all these items new would cost in the region of £2.500. At Boodle you would only need £310. That's quite a saving.
