Boots

Stood 30 minutes struggling to print photos for my sons journal for school whilst staff chatted about how bored they were! Had to ask for help. A absolute disgrace. I myself worked in boots for 8 years and know how highly the company rate them selves on customer care and feel good moments. Their customer care was non existent and was embarrassing and a joke. For all they knew I could of been a mystery shopper or from head office. It was shameful and a awful shopping experience.

Make up all damaged:

I am writing this review in the hope of change that will be mutually beneficial to both the customer and Boots.

Washington Galleries doesn't have much of a choice of make up and Boots has always been it's savior.

Unfortunately I am now unable to purchase make up from the store as every time I go the products have all been tampered with. That's if I get to even have a look at it without children mucking about and damaging it right in front of me.

I have informed the staff who just agreed that it was a problem - very friendly but no resolution.

Suggestion: could the make up be relocated in front of the pharmacy section where it is in view of staff and more vigilance over staff confronting children/adults not using appropriately?

You must be really losing a great deal of profit as most of the make up you stock is only good for the bin.

We need your make up in Washington - please help your customers :-(

Ignored after asking for help and left at empty tills.Basic stuff put a sign up directing to other till (Pharmacy at back of shop )if short staffed .Why can't you get basics right !!!!!!!
