Taxpayers facing the 2019 charge because of their involvement with disguised remuneration schemes were given until 30th September to notify if they wished to work towards a settlement.
The Low Income Tax Reform Group has issued a reminder that HMRC is still asking affected taxpayers to come forward and they will make every effort to reach a settlement before the loan charge kicks in.
