We just made our pancakes better. We’ve whisked the egg whites, blended in ricotta and added lemony kick to keep you coming back for more. Choose from blueberry compote with vanilla yoghurt, or bacon and maple syrup.

We went for Brunch today. 3 adults, 2 dogs and a baby in a pushchair. Usually a party like this would struggle to find somewhere to feel comfortable but this place was great. Dog friendly with water bowls available for our 4 legged companions, loads of space so we didn’t feel like we were inconveniencing people with the pram and an openly breastfeeding friendly. The food was delicious and I particularly loved the jalapeño and cheddar corn bread. Will definitely visit again next time we visit Chichester, the rest of the menu looked ace!

The three of us really enjoyed a delicious brunch at BTP Chi this morning, West Country breakfast, spicy lamb flatbread and pancakes with maple syrup and bacon followed by cheesecake, brownie and choc chip cookie. The house coffee Americano got a very high rating by my discerning other half, my daughter loved her iced mocha ( I tried it and it was fab ) I had the Kefir Colada which was a yummy coconut / pineapple mix. It is very likely to become our favourite Chi eatery, we made enquiries about eating there next Sunday for Father’s Day as my other half has his heart set on trying the burger next time, we were told they have a no booking policy, I think we’ll have to turn up early !!

Loved everything about it. I enjoyed a very lovely lunch there yesterday. I ate alone and was made to feel very welcome. Chorizo Hash there is an absolute delight. Friendly staff and dog friendly section, which is a bonus for our furry friends. Can't wait to go back.

Hi BTP well what day we had with you Saturday the food and staff were excellent and loved the design of the new place I’ve been using BTP for the last few years in Barnstable and always asked them when are you coming down to us and I am so happy now your here if you never been give it a try you have 2 sections and one is dog friendly it is a modern way of dining and the food is new and fantastic and drinks out of this world it’s going to be our local for chichester now and dogs are always welcome so go and give it a try

Had breakfast today and it was honestly the most amazing food! Quick and friendly service and a wide variety of choice of food. Also drinks are amazing, you have to try the white hot chocolate �

Had a wonderful brunch with my family, including my baby niece.

The food, service and atmosphere was great and we felt very relaxed and had a lovely time. My brother had an ultimate burger with looked incredible- Will definitely revisit!!

Had a great breabkfast at Boston Tea Party this morning and finished off with one of their amazing cakes. Food delicious and staff very friendly. Thoroughly recommend and can't wait to go back once they are open on 14th June

Great cafe! I'm so glad there is a BTP in Chichester now. I've been going to the BTP cafes in Exeter and Honiton for years but could only go when I visited my family.

The cafe is modern and spacious and there are plenty of friendly staff on hand to help with choosing from the 'I want one of everything' menu. My friend had The Boss and I had the Cheddar and jalapeno cornbread. Great smoothie too. I seriously cannot wait to go back and have it again! Next time I'm going to have one of their chocolate milkshakes!

Flatbread burgers milkshakes and cakes were amazing. Very friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

Fantastic food! Great with babies and children, good changing facilities and staff are so accommodating to breastfeeding too. Came here last week for the first time and now been back three times within one week!! Can highly recommend their breakfasts, which are served all day!

Amazing lunch... Went with my family today, my youngest said it's the best restaurant in chichester!! They loved their milkshakes and pancakes and goodness the burgers... YUM!! Didn't have room for cake but the cakes looked so good, will be turning up for coffee and cake (s) very soon!! Thank you. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the restaurant is spacious and very child friendly. Well done BTP welcome to chichester! Glad your here!! X

A welcome addition to the neighbourhood, A family friendly relaxed dinning experience with great friendly staff. The food was excellent. This however is not a fast food restaurant, all the food arrived hot and freshly prepared. So get yourself a fresh coffee or pot of tea, sit back and chill whilst the team prepare your meal.
