Went here with 6kids today ranging from 4 up to 16 and they all had a brill time. The staff were so friendly and one of the bouncer guys was playing dodge ball with My 4 year old Son and letting the ball hit him and dramatically falling down which had my son in fits of giggles. He was also playing with the older boys and he was brill with them also. We also noticed that they had a poster that said term time 2 hours for the price of 1, so we mentioned it to the guy on the front desk who got his manager ( as we had payed for two hour sessions and paid full price ) and the manager refunded the difference. They also have loyalty cards which after only 4 jumps you get one free. Very happy customers, would definitely recommend to kids and adults of all ages �

We made our first visit today and the staff (Tuesday morning shift) were absolutely brilliant with the children. They were very hands on and interactive, playing and encouraging the children to have fun. Credit to your staff. We are thinking of coming back on Thursday. If you haven't been, go and see for yourselves. X

Just wanted to say that we went to bounce today and one of the bouncers (I have been told his name is Mark) has such a wonderful way with kids. He had my son in stitches and it was great to see an employee really go all out to make it extra fun for the children. Well done Mark you were ace! We all had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again :) .

Just wanted to give a shout out to a brilliant member of your staff � my till receipt says Jeramy? He was so polite and helpful, a real exception at a time customer service isn’t something that is valued. I don’t know if you do a star staff member of the month? But he has my vote �

I loved it it was sooooooooo fun and it’s a good place to go if it’s raining and to burn off some steam it’s soooo cool and they have so many fun activities to do

Had a fantastic time here yesterday with my two children. the cafe area was clean and warm, the bouncers were great with the children, and the staff very polite and friendly. will defo be returning an bringing my nieces and nephews

Fantastic day today. Venue was quite empty so lovely, staff were polite. Children had a great time and we used our spectator vouchers to get lots of drinks in the cafe between us. Thank you :)

Children enjoyed it even though it seemed to have less to do than some of the equivalent companies but the staff here are so friendly and fun that they more than make up for any small negatives. The staff interaction with the children was so lovely to watch and they even managed to keep a round bunch of teenage boys entertained and away from the younger kids. We arrived slightly late and we're greeted with warm welcome rather than grumpy moans. Paying for parents to sit and watch had originally annoyed me but the fact that you can then use that fee in the cafe was great! Well done Bounce.

Both my boys had a brilliant time when we arrived wasn't many people staff where amazing with my boys having a laugh. And what is 1 of the sadest days for us was made happy which I couldn't of asked for more

Went here for you first time yesterday and my 3 children liked it. 3 and 5 yr old thought it was great but my 11 year wasn't as impressed with it as much as the other bigger trampoline parks he has been to.... it is rather small! It's quite expensive for an hour seeing as there is not that much on offer to do. Lockers are a nightmare beware!!!! I spent half my time that I should have been bouncing with my family , trying to get a locker that works!! 4 times I had to change locker and each time you have to go to the cafe to get a token as the lockers don't give you your pound back once opened. I spent 2 quid on them before doing this. Lockers really need to be sorted out!!!! It was clean and staff were friendly though.

Very very busy (but half term so not unexpected.) Also forced to pay higher rate to book in person after problems booking on line. The charge to “spectate” is outrageous - you insist kids are supervised (which is reasonable) but then charge parents for doing so. I’ll not be back, especially since the cafe area is so cramped it’s impossible to move around safely, and there was no space to bring the pram in for my 5wk old.

My son loves it here but it's poorly supervised. I'm here right now and there are toddlers running across everyone else's trampolines and kids laying across the orange sections not even moving. Staff not saying a word. What's the point of a safety video beforehand if your own staff can't adhere to safety procedures? Three of the staff right now are all talking to each other with not one looking at the main area. Really poor.

I drive from Leicester to MK to come to Bounce and visit the shops across the road to make the day with my kids a full day and because Bounce was recommended to me a couple of years ago. Always had good visits although it does get busy, so I usually book the first 2 hours of the day. I did this for today to be told 30 mins into the session that a school had booked the whole venue at 11am and we had to leave. The manager apologised and said someone forgot to block the 11am session out so it couldn't be booked online and it didn't happen. I was offered 3 x 2hrs session vouchers which I accepted as, to be honest, I was a bit stunned as to what I had just been told. My children were disappointed as you can imagine. When we left at 11am I decided that actually I wanted a refund in addition to the free sessions as I'd had a wasted trip (50 miles). I was told that I was only entitled to one hour refunding as the kids had bounced for an hour already! I get the point, but I think the manager missed the point that I had had a wasted journey. Customer service needs improving I'm afraid. There are so many trampoline parks around now, its wise to keep hold of the loyal customers you have. I was refunded for my 2 hour session, but it was done begrudgingly.

First thing was I had trouble booking online but probably was I fault ( not tech savvy) so called. Sarah was very helpful and said we only had to go to reception and she would leave a message there so we only paid online price. As good as her word we only paid online price. For 3 douncing ages 21, 19 and 12, 1 spectator £53 for 2 hours (not to bad). They don't tell you, for the lockers, £1 which you don't get back.

After an hour was told to leave which was not amused, reception had given us the wrong colour bands. Tables in the cafeteria were never cleared (looked a mess). We thought that children under 12 would go on the kids bounce area (Not) kids were running all over. Supervisors said nothing.

Not sure the grandchildren will go again. Ok if your not expecting a lot.

Wouldn't come back here! It really isn't anything special compared to other trampoline parks. Just loads of big standard trampolines connected together and 1 foam pit! You also have to pay £3 if you don't want to bounce, just to sit in the freezing cafe! No hot food on offer just sandwiches. We brought our own grippy socks and told had to use their own branded ones. Just extra cost for no reason.

Was ok not really for teens. There a bit anal on what you can do (even though you signed a waiver for absolutely every possible injury sustained!) Also heaven forbid if you haven’t got the latest branded socks because your out! One poor lad about 7 was told to get off even though he had “bounce” branded socks they were not the latest issue. One very frustrated dad trying to explain that to a seven year old. The cafe was very expensive even with the voucher to use(spectator fee???? Why?) and also not a lot of choice all chocolates and cake. Overall will not be going back and if you have teens go ice skating!!

Not that impressed, 1st time here and the cafe has no price board, asked for tea and was told they had no milk and the manager was at Costco getting some and probably their booze as it was their work do tomorrow � lock on the ladies loo door was broken also. Chairs are very uncomfortable � and the coffee was awful tasted cheap and like cardboard. I’ve been to better ballparks, we will not be returning.

Poor layout and options for adults, I have been to other trampoline parks and never found this issue. I brought my own socks from another brand park and was told I couldn’t go in unless I paid for theirs (which were identical to mine!). Lockers are none refundable, all in all a massive money spinner like others have said. I complained over a week ago and no one has bothered to get back to me!

Oooh this place is a real money spinner!! I booked a birthday party here for my son. It was due to be in the cafe area but when I confirmed there would be 13 children they said that they could only accommodate 12. I was not advised of this on my first visit and it does not advise you on their website. I was told I would have to upgrade to a shared party room at extra cost. I said my daughter would be happy to sit with her friend on another table with the parents, I was advised this was not an option. However I could pay for a normal entry for one but they would not be able to share the pizza with the others and again advised that they could not ensure there would be any more seats available as it was on a Saturday.

There are add-ons to the initial price too eg a small tub of ice cream for each child £1, for table to be dressed up with paper plates, cups and table cloth £20 (beware you are made to feel like a bad parent if you don’t go with this and I gave in) £2.99 for each parent attending I was told this could be redeemed with refreshments in the cafe.

It was at the point I was told that one of the children couldn’t share the Pizza that I’d had enough.

So I cancelled and lost my deposit!!!

The party was a week away and was lucky to book a different kind of party where a range of food was included as well as ice cream for each child, various gifts for my son which included one free entry and parents had refreshments. All with a professional service and in total inc the deposit I lost cost less.

The kids had a brilliant time.

Since this experience several mums have told me they too have friends who have cancelled due similar circumstances.

Probably a great play date venue but would not recommend as party venue.
