Would just like to say a huge thank you for the bouncy obstacle course that we hired from you. In light of all the current hype about these bouncy castles it was a bit of a worry having our end of year party for 14, 5-year-old children. However, I can’t thank you enough for the gentleman that delivered it and carried out a very thorough safety check and also the excellent advice given to ensure the safety of our children whilst playing on it. I did explain that the children weren’t going on it for a while so he deflated it and folded it in such a way that when re-inflated it would not be too hot on the areas the children would be climbing on. Also, on collection another full safety check of the object was carried out before being deflated.



Very impressed with the service you have provided – First Class. Would definitely recommend you to all my friends, family and schools!! Thank you for your reassurance!!! Kids had an amazing time ��

We hired the adult assault course for a kids party and I couldn’t recommend enough. Best kids entertainment ever! The customer service, delivery and collection was all fantastic.

We hired a medium castle at the weekend due to the hall height and not being sure we could have it outside due to weather. Ended up being a lovely day so we had it outside. Gutted I'd not risked a big one!! The kids loved it and the man was so polite and prompt. Collection and delivery spot on with my tight timings. Thanks so much. Also massive thanks to Claire for dealing with my millions of messages before hand.

We hired a bouncy slide over the weekend! It was excellent service from the start. The communication was so easy and all the responses to my questions so prompt!

Delivered and taken away with ease .

The slide was such brilliant fun for all ages, We had 3 years olds to almost 50 year olds enjoying it!

Has the party was the weekend of Reading festival you went out of your way to deliver the bouncy castle the evening before so you avoided the traffic and risked being late the next day. Service was fantastic from arranging to delivery to set up, even when our original bouncy castle was taken in for repair, they offered to upgrade to the next size up for the inconvenience, which there wasn’t at all but it was a really nice touch.

I used this company for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party yesterday. It was delivered & put up by 8:30am, we had it all day and the kids loved it! I will be using them again for my nieces 2nd birthday party coming up for sure! Highly recommended!

I just want to say thank you very much for last weekend, when the high winds was bad, you called me to explain that due to the wind being strong that day you’d unfortunately not be able to hire out any castles that were due to be outside because of health and safety.



Too often we hear of accidents, because of greed. You could’ve easily hired out your castles that day, not caring about the safety of the children using it, but instead caring about the money you’d be making!



Thankfully we was able to host the bouncy castle inside the hall, and it was appreciated and enjoyed by all the children who used it.



Whilst all of us adults admired how much of a honest and valuable business you are.



I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, you’re the only castle/inflatable company I’ll use, from your castles to your disco domes, and of course your assault courses, soft play and mascots too - you’re a brilliant company, thank you for caring more about your customers then money!

I hired the princess bouncy castle for my daughters 6th birthday was amazing she love it and brilliant service �X

I booked a very last minute castle with these guys this weekend and they couldn't have been more accommodating with my requirements. Sadly due to the weather they had to come and collect it as it wouldn't have been safe to let anyone use it with the gusts of wind. Safety is paramount and not something they can control but they handled it well and there was no charge. Customer safety over profit.

They were very friendly and I wouldn't hestistate to use them again next time. Thanks.

Amazing night was had at our end of term staff get together, due to change of weather had to pull something out of the bag quick. Thank you so much for helping us out at short notice, even changing my mind that day to what we had. Inflatable twister was a massive hit!! Everyone had an brilliant night can't thank you enough. Will be in touch for future use.

Absolutely fantastic customer service the lads who delivered the bouncy castle were really friendly and helpful and my nephews and nieces absolutely loved the bouncy castle once again a huge thank you so much for your service I will highly recommend you to all my friends and relatives .
