☀️ Stunning morning and a packed tee sheet, what more can we ask for in February #Dailymailfoursomes #Greensiron
We played a society at Boundary Lakes on Friday and what a beautiful course it is.
I didn't know what to expect after playing the old 9 hole that was here a few years back but the team have done very well to make this into a stadium course experience.
There are some large lakes and bunkers which are daunting to the eye from the tees but there are generous target areas to aim for. The fairways are lush which gives a fantastic surface to strike a ball from and the greens are large but undulating, if you hit the wrong part of the green expect a tough putt to follow!
We received a friendly and helpful welcome from the staff and the food was top drawer.
Thanks to Shaun and the team for our day, we are looking forward to returning next year!! ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ
Very well kept course keeps everyone interested and entertained fantastic views state of the art buggies with GPS course mapping friendly golf shop and top class 19th !
To have played this when it was a 9 hole -18 tee course to now is incredible. It’s a good quality championship course with some tricky holes in a wide open windy setting with stunning views. It’ll be gruelling if you’re carrying but thoroughly enjoyable all round
I played the course yesterday 6th December with my son. I had been warned it was a test of ability. Most of the holes vary , across water, dog legs, up hill, down hill and through tight spaces. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The greens are the best I have ever played in England. Very similar to the speed you get in Spain. We both look forward to playing it again in the future.
Having been a member of the old course its been a long wait, but i have to say well worth it. Great to have bunkers with proper sand in them, plenty of attractive holes and tough to the eye until you've played a few times.
Great staff, Shaun is a credit to the course, a very helpful and friendly course pro.
Cant wait for the members bar to open, or the new two holes done on the new land.
Great work up to now though, big thumbs up.
Great course, greens are fantastic, and dry considering the amount of rain we have had this year. Highly recommend this course
Course has matured already from opening last July and is a true test of golf with a lot of technical holes as well as ones that you can open your shoulders on. Some of the best greens in the country and a true test of golf
Course was tough to walk as it was so hot, fairways were baked hard with a lot of run!! Greens were smooth and a bit slow but they were consistent.
My only criticism is the course could be sign posted a little better and really I thought more designed for buggy use, but generally as an immature course it was ok and much better than the one it replaced!
Greens very poor, grass long and fluffy with no roll on them, also full of pitch marks. Some of the tee boxes hardly any grass. Rough around most of the greens needs cutting. Even loosing balls on the par 3s because long grass and that was just off the greens !!! Shame, we was all looking forwards to playing here and left very disappointed. Reading some reviews on here and they're from before the course was open ? Thought it was only open July this year.
