Tanya and Bex had a vision for an intimate studio space creating space, community and connection - all within a conscious culture. This is a space to drop into your inner world.

This is the beginning of change. We live in a busy world. Day to day live can be hectic, chaotic and can result in stress and tension in both the body and mind.

It is time. It is time to wake up and sit down.

Our aim is simple, to offer you space to breathe and just be.

This is ‘Breathing Space’. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

... The practice of yoga is an art and science dedicated to creating union between body, mind, and spirit. Its holds its purpose in assisting the practitioner in using the breath and body to cultivate an awareness of as human beings intimately connected to the unified whole of creation.
In the west many yoga classes are purely based around posture ( known as “asanas,”). Asanas are known as the third limb of yoga. Whilst there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to practice the third limb of yoga – it is a beautiful practice, the other limbs of yoga often get completely forgotten.
When we begin to examine the other seven limbs and actually commit to the eight-limbed path as a whole guidance system, our practice deepens and therefore so does our experience with life.

The simple act of breathing can harness great or poor health.
If we breathe correctly we have energy, clarity of mind, endurance and longevity.
If we have poor breathing patterns the cells our body struggle.
... We don't oxygenate them properly which can cause anything from stiffness in the neck, shortness of breath, allergies, depression, compromised immunity. If left for long enough the cells struggle (imagine not watering a plant properly for months and months) more serious issues can occur from panic, anxiety to inflammation, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cancer, heart disease and more.
We need oxygen to survive! How we get that oxygen is vital! Of course there can be other contributing factors to good health.....but oxygen is by far the most important.
