just got home from an overnight stay have been around 4 or 5 times over the last 2 years and I can honestly say it's the best spa hotel I have ever been to and believe me I've tried them all, all the staff are fantastic friendly, theres no pressure no feel of OMG I'm walking round a hotel in my dressing gown, the food is fantastic the waiters esp my fave - Morgan, but they are all special it's not just a hotel it feels warm friendly and like it's family run, this time I took my 2 little girls I upgraded to the top room and wow could of spent the week there, lovely clean spacious room nothing is to much trouble so thank you Bridgewood Manor I have had a traumatic few weeks health wise and my stay with you was just what the doctor ordered (no pun intended) will be back again next month finances permitting X � X

Me and my wife, had our wedding at the bridgewood on Saturday the 3rd March, the hotel and all staff where absolutely fantastic we cannot thank them enough for what they have done for us. I will say anyone looking for a hotel weddings parties, this place can deliver to the highest standard. Made us feel very welcome. Lovely rooms, suite was comfortable. Georgia at the bar on Sunday evening, was extremely pleasant, and went above and beyond to make me a special drink. Thank you Georgia you made my evening. Would highly recommend.

Just back from having a mother/daughter spa day. We had a fantastic day. Right from the start all staff were really friendly. The swimming pool was really warm and so was sauna. The steam room was disappointing, more of a cupboard with water and no steam. Had plenty of seats around the pool. The food was lovely and we had best treatment ever- hot stone massage followed by facial and scalp massage. Our therapists were great, really professional and gave great services. Highly recommend. Xx

Here with my daughter for the second time this year. Always a treat and so relaxing. We love being pampered and will return soon. We highly recommend Bridgewood Manor hotel and spa.

Very nice staff and the spa day was amazing but the food was not 5* but apart from that staff and spa treatment was so good.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Only complaint was shower didn’t work properly, going hot/cold all the time. Beds comfortable, clean rooms.

My daughters' and I had a spa day here yesterday. The staff were excellent (especially Jenny in the bar) and the treatments were wonderful. The only negative is that the pool area is very tired and in desperate need of some refurbishment. Apart from that, would recommend it.

I would just like to say Thank you to the spa staff on Monday. My car broke down on the way and we arrived late. The lovely lady in reception rearranged our day so we had all our treatments. All the staff are lovely but special shout to Vinnie in the bar...great asset to the team and Amber who delivered my treatments. Thanks again to everyone for making it so special for us �

Arrived early, wasn't allowed to check in, so went to the spa.

Very small spa, no jacuzzi. Sauna and steam room very small.

But everything was clean and tidy.

Allowed into room at 2.

Spacious, clean and well equipped.

Good selection in buffet breakfast

Here for a girlie night away. Excellent, friendly, welcoming staff, and amazing food (for lunch, dinner and breakfast).

Reception area, bar and restaurant all tastefully decorated and furnished, rooms nothing special but clean and comfortable.

Spa area a little small so busy and noisy due to them letting children in so if having treatments, this is a little distracting. I had the foot treatment and shoulder and scalp treatment which was a little disappointing to be honest. Which I had the full body massage but again the spa staff were all pleasant. All in all, for the price, I would recommend to a friend.

Excellent stay. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good and run efficiently, however we thought dinner was not so good, nicely presented but the quality of the meat was poor. I know it is a spa hotel but I don’t like seeing people in robes in public hotel spaces taking up cosy seating, and dining areas.

Went to the comedy club experience staff very polite and the meal was ok disappointed with our room, as the heating was on full and the radiator wouldn’t turn down or off the room was like a sauna. Spa area very compact and the pool wasn’t that warm. Informed staff before departure they said the heating is temperamental and is due to be fixed. Breakfast wasn’t that hot and when your on a table with air conditioning unit above goes cold straight away.

Been here for a spa break with my friend,I gave the 3 � as staff were always smiling and very welcoming and the food was excellent ! We booked spa treatments it was ok ;found the treatments a bit rushed , couldn’t relax much as you can hear all noises from the swimming pool , in the gym area few machines hardly on function and also that steam room... better not...it’s way to old looks bad and the steam was way to low ! Overall we had a nice time and we enjoyed ! I’d love to come again and see some changes.... you guys can do better � thank you

I won't be returning for Xmas party again . we were put in a room off the main hall which was freezing even though the manager showed us the two small heaters were on we got served our food much later then expected. after everyone else in the main hall .The decorations and very poor cheapest I've seen . a light up bottle in middle of table . father christmas paper napkin in wine glass and silly string across the table .The cost of this meal was not not cheap so was disappointed in experience. only positive is that the food was nice even though my friend found hair in her dessert ! which they removed swiftly and replaced with another and a free drink ! oh yes and a bottle of wine was £29!!!!!

Spa was limited a tiny no relaxation as kids were in the pool area. Paid quite a lot of money and felt I got nothing as a spa should offer!!! I wasn’t able to have a treatment even though I couldn’t c that it was busy and no robes or slippers on offer I feel we paid enough for nothing let alone pay more. Will never b returning to this place.
