The hugely popular horse trials in East Sussex which regularly attracts some of the world's leading riders, including renowned Olympians Mark Todd, Pippa Funnell and Tina Cook.

Brightling Hunter Trials takes place on Saturday 28 July over the BE90 and BE100 cross-country courses. There will also be a 70-80cm course.
The courses are on lovely old turf and having been equivated with the BE machine for the Horse Trials means the ground is not rock hard despite the hot weather.

Going Update:
All cross-country courses are being equivated with the BE machine over the next couple of days.
The whole area is on old turf and has a good cover of grass. The team are continuing to work hard on making the going as safe as possible for the weekend.

We are hosting a Hunter Trial on Sat 28 July over the BE90 and BE100 XC courses. Great opportunity for a mid season XC school and bit of fun! There will also be a 70-80cm XC course. See details below.

Great event in lovely parkland, very friendly & helpful organisers, laid out in such a way that there is good views over the xc course without having to walk for miles!
Great event - very well organised, challenging XC course all in beautiful surroundings. Thanks to Gardie & Diana & all those involved.
For the third year of coming to this event I've just spent yet another lovely day at this excellent show, in fact a perfect day. I miss the mismatched china, tea and cake that wasn't there this year - but Bhaji Bhaji make a delicious curry
