Congratulations to all the people around the world who made The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever its biggest year yet!
This year events were held across Australia in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Bunbury, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Blue Mountains, Canberra and Bega Valley. In Europe events were held in Folkestone, Gorleston-on-Sea, Berlin, Ghent, Paris, Laniscat, Dublin, Uppsala, Värnamo, Oulu, and Oslo.
The inspiration for the day came from Shambush's 'The Ultima...te Kate Bush Experience', a Brighton Fringe 2013 event, and we've unearthed a video of Julian Caddy, Brighton Fringe CEO, getting involved to find his inner Kate Bush at the launch of that year's Fringe. Brighton Fringe is a truly international festival and each year features events by companies from all around the globe.
In 2019 we hosted 144 international companies from 35 countries. Compared to two years ago we’ve seen an increase of 13% in the amount of international companies participating, with the number of countries participating also rising by 16%!

Leading the marketing and communications team, and working closely with all departments and stakeholders, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the formulation and delivery of an integrated marketing, press and PR strategy for Brighton Fringe. In addition, the role oversees, develops and manages the delivery of Brighton Fringe in-house events, including launches, awards and Fringe City, our outdoor showcase event that takes place every weekend of Brighton Fringe.
