Nottingham Trent men's 1st were the visitors to the Centre for Sport to challenge our #TEAMBrookes men's volleyball team in a Midlands 2B clash. In what was a hotly contested match up Brookes managed to stay one step ahead of the competition throughout and completed a 3-0 rout!
The Game of the Week record now stands at #TEAMBrookes 4-2 Everyone Else

Game of the Week for Oxford Brookes saw our Men's Squash 1st host Nottingham 2nd. Brookes put in a good effort but on the day it wasn't enough and Nottingham took the win.
The current tally for our Game of the Week fixtures is OBU 3 - 2 Everyone else.
Next week we go again with our Men's 1st Volleyball team taking on another team from Nottingham, with Trent 1st making the trip down to the Centre for Sport.

Game of the Week this past Wednesday saw our Rugby League squad get their turn in the spotlight as we welcomed the "other" Oxford University to Harcourt Hill.
It was a back and forth game throughout with both teams swapping the lead. Brookes found themselves a man down and the injuries were starting to pile up, but nevertheless the whole team put themselves on the line in a heroic effort.
Despite this, Brookes fell to our first Game of the Week defeat by the finest of margins..., with the final score Brookes 22-24 Oxford University.
Keep an eye our for our next #TEAMBrookes where we'll be going all out to get back to winning ways.

For this week's Game of the Week we turned our attention to Rugby Union, as our Men's 1st team hosted Plymouth 1st at Oxford Rugby Club. Trailing at half time, Brookes had some hard work to put in to get back into the game... and get back into the game they certainly did, finishing with a 24-5 victory and extending the #TEAMBrookes Game of the Week winning streak to 3 games!

This week's #TEAMBrookes Game of the Week featured our Netball 1st against Northampton - After the huge win against Varsity rivals Reading on the hockey pitch in last week's highlighted match, the pressure was on Netball to match that performance. We think they did just fine, racking up a score of 80-26!

Including this weeks #TEAMBrookes Game of the Week - Netball 1st against Northampton at 3:30pm!

BUCS fixtures came back with a bang this past Wednesday, with our Game of the Week featuring our Women's 1st team taking on our Varsity rivals, Reading 1st.
