Engines can be dyno tested and delivered with printout of horsepower & torque characteristics. We specialise in development & Testing of components. Specialist development of engines for specific race conditions /High Torque High Power / Sprint /Endurance /Speed /Hillclimb. Full Back-up to support our products and services. Full engine re-mapping & development of existing systems. Management & Data acquisition by Wolf - Motec and most other data / ecu manufacture.

Gearbox Building / Conversion / Differential Tuning Repair / Rebuild / Development.

Gearbox Repair Rebuild & Reconditioning. Specialist gearbox conversions and installations, Special Ratio installations, Limited Slip Differential installation and slip tuning. Pressure Lubrication systems installed for high power / torque applications to enable maximum longevity.

Suspension Geometry Set-up and modification / manufacture.

Full Geometry set up for road /track /race. Enhancing car control is the main objective in any suspension improvement program. Suspension should be modified as a package of integrated parts, not just a package of bolt on parts. To ensure that the package works everything should be compliant, spring rates should match damper valving, roll bars sizes should be compliant with spring rates and vehicle weight. To ensure all this BSMotorsport can design a suspension and geometry package to suit you and your cars needs whether it be for your everyday road use /track day or full dedicated race car.

Chassis Preparation Repair and modification / development.

We offer full repair to restoration service for your road / track car, or full chassis development for the serious racer, strengthening and stiffening, tube frame and cage work. Specialist body & paint work undertaken. Body panel modifications and mould work for light weight race panel production.

Damper Tuning Set-up development

Supply and set-up. Dampers matched to vehicle specification and usage. Data Analysis for optimum tuning.
