It's the end of an era! Today was the end of my 2 year #buggyfit journey, finishing off with a super Marlow class in the sunshine 🌞 Well done to Charmian and Mel 💪💪 and lovely to see Helen as well to say goodbye! 🤗🤗
I feel very priveliged to have been able to run these classes and meet some amazing mums and babies. You have all done me so proud 💗 And personally, its been a rollercoaster for me and it is these classes that have got me to where i am now. Thank you! Unfortunately the Braywick class will not be going ahead due to the winds and risk of falling branches. Sorry for any inconvenience but we will work twice as hard next week. You can always come to the Marlow class on Friday morning in Higginson Park aswell 😊

Really good class to slowly build up your fitness, get a change in scenery and fresh air and meet some local mums. Veronica is really friendly and I enjoyed the sessions I did.

Great workouts and so fab to be able to take baby along!

Buggyfit classes are a great way to get active after having a little one. Veronica is very knowledgeable, supportive and pitches the sessions really well with challenges which inspire you rather than make you give up! Give it a go, it’s really helped me.
