Went to Butlers for dinner with some friends. I hadn’t been to Butlers for years and was pleasantly surprised at the lovely new look. The food was superb and the service excellent. I will be returning and recommend this lovely restaurant!
Went for a family meal after the renovations. Food was amazing and very well priced. Best meal out I have had in a long time, and a lovely afternoon. Definitely top of my places to go for dinner! Thank you all�
Second visit yesterday with my friend Steve lovely place to relax and enjoy excellent food the Steak and Kidney Pie was superb an the Roast Pork was pleanty and delicious followed by the Lemon Mousse was refreshing light an delicious. Look forward to a return visit in the New Year.
My friend Chris and I came here for lunch and opted for the £12.95 for two courses (main and dessert). The menu had plenty to chose from and the interior was clean and modern. We both opted for the roast pork dinner (which came with a separate plate of nicely cooked vegetables) and you could see the staff cooking in the kitchen, which I like. The main course was yummy and generous in size. For dessert I had apple and berry crumble with custard, and Chris had raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake. Both were excellent. The white wine was delicious too. All in all we very much enjoyed our visit and would recommend this place. However, if you descend the stairs to use the lavatory, don't do so while inebriated as they're incredibly narrow and steep - but that's all part of the charm of the place.

Had a table of six there .for my birthday meal last night .i could'nt of been happier the food was amazing and the service was perfect . well done .and thankyou Butlers.The best eating place in Arundle .

Couldn’t have been happier with our meal at Butlers today. Food was excellent, atmosphere was welcoming and all of the staff were very polite and we felt well looked after. We will definitely return very soon. Thank you Butlers.
Booked a table very last minute as we were driving through Arundel on our way home to Portsmouth and wanted to stop of for a late lunch, never been here before but booked after reading their good reviews! It is a lovely place with very friendly and attentive staff. We had a 2 course Sunday roast and it was absolutely delicious and service was very quick. We will definitely return sometime soon and would highly recommend! Thank you Butlers ��

Awesome food and a really nice welcoming atmosphere. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, will 100% re-visit
Another fab evening...amazing food and the most fantastic atmosphere.....the crab ravioli was incredible!! And the G&T's were fab too .
Went for Sunday lunch which was very nice if not a tad small only two slices of beef and the lamb was a bit underdone. Not a lot of vegetables but what I did have was delicious. This was the first time we had been for lunch although many times in the evening. Good selection of Gin but not so on the beers. Had a good time though.
The best food we have had for a long time. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was spot on. Our new best place.
The only negative comment we had would be that with marble tables and no mats, the heat was sucked out of the food and plates very quickly, which weren't particularly hot to begin with. That was a shame.
Booked a late table for a Sunday....2.30 had to wait a while as the restaurant was very busy...Lauren looked after us in the bar...even taking pics, as it was a birthday celebration...Emma & Victoria looked after us during our fab lunch...lovely location in the heart of Arundel..our table overlooking a secret garden....my Roast Beef was soft pink & juicy...served with amazing roasties....huge Yorkshire pud...& fresh well cooked veggies...we asked for extra gravy...nothing was too much trouble....starter...Chicken liver parfait....best I’ve ever had...& trust me have tried many...dessert...Elton mess with chewy meringue & thick double cream...well worth the price which was middle of the range...£21 for 2 courses or £24.50 for 3....
Can’t recommend highly enough...will definitely revisit...well done Butlers
This place is amazing for drinks but don’t touch it with a barge pole for food..... they don’t serve what they say is on the menu ... food is VERY POOR QUALITY .... you wait forever for it to come .... then they argue and are rude when u question the bill. AVOID for anything other than drinks. Barman was the places greatest asset.... polite, friendly, professional and helpful.
Lastly .... don’t take anyone disabled.... no accessible toilet.
