Went to Byron tonight with my partner for our belated Valentine's Day meal, and couldn't have had a better time if we tried!



The food was delicious, and the decor was very unique - We particularly enjoyed trying to spot all the little cows dotted around.



However, the one thing that topped it all, and the whole reason we will DEFINITELY be visiting again, was the second-to-none customer service. The whole team said hello as we entered, and everyone took great pleasure in ensuring we had everything we needed. The staff were all so friendly and smiley - and it's hard to find that in a restaurant these days.

Simply the best burger in Oxford, I particularly like the chilli burger it’s amazing but don’t take my word for it get down there and try one for yourself !

Me and my family went for a meal Friday night for my sisters birthday some have been before others first time and they loved it,

Lovely atmosphere excellent food and most of all excellent service.

We had Lucy look after us during our stay and she was so polite,smiley and was always really helpful and very attentive

Defiantly recommend Byron

I went with my adult autistic son post Panto at Oxford Playhouse - I don’t usually like to say but he’s not always patient when waiting , but I was assured by the duty manager and the lovely waitress that the order would be delivered as quick as possible - and it was !

We both had the classic cheeseburgers - juicy and delicious - with fries ! A really nice burger

Would definitely eat there again....

And thanks to the staff for such understanding customer service !

Food was excellent, I don't normally like burgers but their chicken burger was delicious, liked the idea I could have a side salad instead of a bun. Staff were also excellent, very attentive . Will be going again when visiting my son in Oxford.

Always amazing food! Amazing flavours and textures and staff are always brilliant. Best burgers by a mile and doesn’t make you feel greasy after eating it!

Food pretty good. Restaurant a bit grubby. Damaged light fitting on stairs. Would use again but they'll have to get back on the programme!
