Our drivers all carry personal identification and they are CRB Checked. Our drivers will generally be informed of their destination before they collect either passenger or parcel so that they may with the passenger’s discussion select the best route available.

Our airport service offers a fast, efficient and cost effective car service to and from any UK airport. With pre-booked journeys our computer system allows us to monitor the flight from take off to landing.

Crown Cars offer a meet and greet service and our drivers normally arrive at the terminal After the flight lands.

This service is offered as we are only too aware of the time it often takes for our client’s luggage to come through customs.

Our Executive car service, provides instant access to a fleet of executive cars equipped with leather upholstery, air conditioning . The cars included in this service are Mercedes (E & S Class).

Combined with comfort and the quiet smoothness of the car itself, we will enable even the most demanding customer to stay relaxed and on top of all their organisations operations when travelling.

Bookings: -

a) You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. Crown Cars shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.

b) You must order a suitable car size for the number of passengers and luggage. Crown Cars cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger.

c) If you need to transport a wheelchair please specify this at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment: -

a) Crown Cars will email you a quotation based on the information supplied by you. Unless otherwise stated which, if applicable, will be charged in addition. Crown Cars may amend the quotation if there is any material change to the original itinerary, the number of passengers, or the type or size of vehicle required.

b) The quotation will include 1 Hour waiting time period after the advertised landing time and the cost of car parking. Crown Cars will charge for waiting at its standard rates after the initial 1 Hour Time period has expired. After Expiry of Waiting Time Crown Cars Charge £20 based on per hour waiting. Crown Cars will endeavor to check for flight delays before the driver leaves for the airport but shall be under no obligation to do so.

c) If you accept the quotation, you will receive confirmation of your booking by email or text. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform Crown Cars promptly of any errors. Crown Cars shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from by your failure to provide Crown Cars with correct information.

d) All journeys originating at an airport (which are not return journeys where Crown Cars has taken you to the airport) must be prepaid in full at least three days before the date of travel. We do accept cash /card payments for ASAP jobs.

The Service: -

a) You shall be responsible for the behavior of all the passengers in the Taxi during the journey. You will be charged £80 to cover cleaning costs in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger.

b) Eating, drinking and /or smoking in the taxi are not permitted.

c) Crown Cars will not carry more passengers than its insurance or licensing allows.


Cancellations: -

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Crown Cars as soon as possible.
If you cancel a booking after the vehicle has been dispatched then a charge may be incurred; the charge will be based on the distance /time that the allocated driver has traveled /spent prior to the point of cancellation.

Liability: -

a) Crown Cars shall use all reasonable endeavors to get you to your destination on time, but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey.

b) All luggage is carried entirely at your risk.
