We ordered a beautiful romper, shoes, bib and socks for our baby’s christening. The items were beautiful and we had so many lovely comments.

Staff were helpful and when I had a worry with the sizing of the romper there was no issues in them offering me a exchange if I wanted.

I received the shoes for my nephew's baptism today! They are so cute, and are just as pictured. Service and delivery were excellent. I live in the U.S. and paid a little bit extra for a faster delivery (7-days). I'll definitely recommend the site to friends and family!

I ordered socks from website which did not come. However I contacted the company on Facebook and they sent out a replacement very quickly. Great customer service. Thank you

Excellent service. The wrong size romper was sent out initially and I was in a blind panic being last minute ordering it for my Son's christening. Cachet Kids were fantastic & sent out the correct size with a 24 hr tracked service through Royal Mail. I would highly recommend Cachet Kids. Thank you for saving the day!!

Received my item quickly and was lovely but it didn't fit my little man right and I no the next size yo would be to big! So waiting on my refund sent the item last week. But happy with the service they gave me before.

Terrible products. Terrible company. Terrible people. My elderly mother ordered an outfit for her new grandson. It came, and after one wash it disintegrated. Horrified, as she saved her pension money to buy the outfit and had given this outfit as a gift, she called the company asking if she could possibly replace the outfit. However, when on the phone to customer service my mother was berated, told she was a liar, and was even told that the company knew “her name and the address of where she lived” if she perused her claim. This terrified my elderly mother and kept her awake at night for a number of days. Under no circumstance should you use this company, simply due to their ill mannered employees and atrocious customer service. I nearly reported this incident to the police but I do not want to cause further stress to my mother.

So for I have not received my order and I have no way to contact these people to find out where my order I, it was supposedly shipped on the 21st. Could someone please tell me how long it is suppose to take since you have not provided me with a tracking number....

Never experienced customer service as bad as this business! Honestly do not use
