Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, so why not treat that special person in your life to a fabulous afternoon tea at Cafe Oasis? Chilly days??? Cafe Oasis has the answer with our warming bowl of porridge with mixed winter berries and honey to start your day. And for lunch a hearty bowl of chicken or spiced parsnip soup, served with a warm roll and butter!

Come and join us for ‘Veganuary’ and a new breakfast item, a delicious bowl of warming porridge oats made with oat milk and topped with juicy winter berries!!
Or ..... back by popular demand our healthy breakfast made with 0% fat Greek style yoghurt, granola and berries - yummy!

Santa’s elves have been really busy this week shopping for all the goodies in our lovely Christmas hamper! Raffle tickets are now on sale at Cafe Oasis for £1 a strip with all proceeds going to our chosen charity, Alzheimer’s. Not only that we will have our delicious mince pies on sale from Saturday 30th November, which coincidentally is ‘ Christmas Shopping in Rustington’ day!

Well......we were delighted once again to be a finalist in the Arun Business Partnership awards this year! We didn’t win and faced some strong competition this time from larger organisations, but were really thrilled to have got that far. The event was celebrated at Avisford Park Hotel on Friday 15th November with about 250 people!! We are very very grateful to all our lovely customers who supported us in this event and continue to do so with their loyal custom. Thank you so much and also huge thanks to our brilliant team too.

Oh my goodness we are so excited! We have just scooped a silver Eat Out Eat Well award, by showing our dedication to offering healthy meal options. This award scheme is run by Arun District Council Environmental Health Officers throughout both counties of Sussex. As a poor diet plays a major role in heart disease and some cancers, we are delighted to be able to play a small part in helping our customers to choose a healthy option.

A Cafe Oasis gift voucher is not just for Christmas, but they're a great idea anyway!! If you're stuck for a gift, a voucher could do the trick!!

Due to the massive amount of people who wish to pay their respects to lovely Bob, CAFE OASIS will now be closed all day on Tuesday 22nd October, so we can accommodate this important event.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Normal service will resume on Wednesday 23rd. Thank you for your understanding.

On Tuesday 22nd October, Cafe Oasis will be closing at 12.30, for the preparation of the wake for one of our most loveliest customers and friend, Bob, who recently passed away , after a long illness. He will be sadly missed by all who were so lucky to have known him. Rest in peace, Big Bob, and keep dancing !!!!

You may remember that Cafe Oasis was delighted to be one of the five finalists for the 2018 Arun Business Awards and we are hoping to do even better this year as we are entering two categories: ‘Customer Care’ and ‘Places to Eat and Drink.’
We realise of course we can’t do this without you, our loyal customers, so if you’d like to help us achieve this, we’d really appreciate it!
