Just a month left until our summer holiday weekday running! Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 22nd July - 30th August 11:30 - 15:30 (13:00 to 17:00 as normal on Sundays) Timetable to be posted in due course

In 6 months, we've gone from a weed covered bit of mud to a new bit of railway!
-Raised track removed -Old rails lifted -Ballast cleared... -Bank excavated -New drainage channels dug -New set of electric points built -New rails bent to shape -Ballast laid -Track panels constructed -Track welded -Track tamping
This is all the hard work of our volunteers working a few hours a week. If you have some time spare, come and help! No technical knowledge required.

Another big step forward today, the passing loop has been joined up! It'll be a few more weeks before passenger trains can run across it, as the points have to be wired and it has to be ballasted and leveled for a smooth ride, but Esmerelda and Katie were both out today testing it all out!

Meet 'Esmerelda', the newest resident of Caldecotte Miniature Railway, seen below on its first day of passenger running today!

We're open today 13:00 to 17:00, keep your eyes peeled at around 16:00 as a spitfire will be flying past nearby Bletchley park!
