We tailor plans specifically for our clients needs, and work in a very personable way where you have contact with us 24 /7.
We have experience in achieving top results within weight loss, muscle gain and strength and conditioning.

We even did some pad work progression to build up the heart rate before starting our weights.

Your goals have to be realistic to your dedication.
Lots of people i speak to or train ask me how to get rid of thier tummy and the only way to do it is to cut out the 'cheat' meals and clean for a considerable amount of time (roughly six weeks) to notice change.
If you can do this then you will shed the pounds and progress remarkably.
... If not then be realistic as to what you can achieve in a certain time.

We have moved onto our heavy weights part of our training plan and today was the first day of legs.
Weight loss has been achieved already with the hiit part of our sessions and now its onto burning fat while toning and building muscle.

So for the past two months i have taken great pleasure in training a couple for their wedding, these are the results so far with still 2 months of the transformation left to go for the bride to be, imagine where we will be 2 weeks before the wedding.
So proud of my clients putting in so much hard graft with me, sticking to a diet and being dedicated to changing lifestyle's to get the results they want.
Training with Calving always made me feel super energised and strong! The sessions never got boring, each session varied from the previous one. Between motivational speeches and fun chats, the session always seems to fly by until you realise how much you have done.
Calvin is a great Trainer who knows a lot about Food diets and is always happy to explain the purpose and goal of each exercise and is always available for written advises outside sessions.

Excellent personal trainer, offering a diverse range of services to cater to my personal goals. Has supplied me with a detailed workout & diet plan. The training has improved my Tennis, strength & stamina dramatically!
Calvin's unique ability to combine encouragement, focus, and enjoyment into his sessions hides the fact that he is utterly destroying you. Every session will leave you with just enough energy left to peel your tshirt off. I'm naturally very lazy - his method was exactly what I needed to achieve my fitness goals. It didn't matter if we worked at home, the gym, or outdoors - I lost some fat and gained some muscle. I've also got a long term shoulder dislocation issue so every workout was tailored with that in mind.
Calvin sessions are powerful. He got the skills to push me through even when I think I've reached my limits. A few months ago I was in another place physically, not motivated at all. Calvin help me to get my confidence back and work harder to achieve better goals. I'm looking for 2016 with your help mate. I totally recommend him.
