MVDC are currently considering site development areas in Capel and other villages. The aspect of these proposals which is very alarming is that MVDC are proposing to push back the Green Belt around the Village in order to build around Capel. Surrey Police is appealing for help in tracing a woman 75-year-old who has gone missing from Holmwood Common.
Joanna Lampen was last seen leaving home yesterday at 9:15am however she has not been seen or heard from since.
