Cara Hitchcock Counselling

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor based in Chesham and Aylesbury. Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have been practicing as a Person-Centred Counsellor in Chesham, Aylesbury and the surrounding areas for over 5 years. I work with adults, young people and children (10 years of age and over) on a short or long term basis depending on what suits the individual.

Being a Person-Centred Counsellor means I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, I work in collaboration with you, I value the uniqueness of the individual and I will support and encourage you to explore your thoughts, behaviours, feelings and emotions.

I have experience of helping and supporting clients with a wide range of issues including difficulties with stress, anxiety, complex bereavement, depression, PTSD, relationships, loss, anger, women's issues, self-esteem, transitions, carer's issues and general counselling.
