... Steph4Chef is a new relief chef service based in Littlehampton and is seeking a self-motivated, passionate chef to assist in providing kitchen cover for care and nursing homes across West Sussex.
Job Requirements:
You must have proven experience in catering for the elderly with good knowledge of special dietary requirements including soft, liquidised and fortified diets and catering for diabetics. FSA allergen certificate would be an advantage. You must have a passion for cooking within the care industry and have a desire to exceed client expectations. You should be qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 in cookery, or equivalent. You should hold a current food hygiene certificate at level 2 or above. You must have your own chef whites, knives and safety shoes and be prepared to attend assignments looking smart and professional. Own transport is essential.
Salary: £9.00 per hour
