Caretaker Fitness "Taking Care Of You" Description
A registered and insured Level 4 member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) Caretaker Fitness was created early in 2014. Created purely to take care of you and your health. At present The Caretaker has 20 + years exemplary military service of which the last 14 have been dedicated to the fitness industry. Still a serving Royal Army Physical Training Corps Instructor the Caretaker wants to deliver his knowledge and expertise into the civilian sector. The Caretaker has delivered physical training sessions to all levels of soldiers from basic training through to combat operations, from the fully fit athlete to the unfortunate injured soldiers, the Caretaker has also delivered countless sessions to the families of serving soldiers including their children. Continuing to excel in the realms of physical development the Caretaker has enhanced his skills in the fields of:

I’ve been going to John’s bootcamps since last summer and every one is different but always really challenging. You never feel you’ve got off lightly and definitely notice improvements very quickly. Great group of people of all different levels. John is really motivating and very supportive.
I have been attending the boot camp since Sept. Great work outs and must for any local looking to get into shape or lose a few pounds. John is a great motivator to get you to work that little bit harder and after just a few sessions you really start to feel the difference.
I have been attending John Stokes-Whittaker bootcamp since 2015. I have surprised myself that I'm still contining. It is tough to begin with being outdoors in all weathers (so far, been lucky not exercising in the snow). The hour is well structured working on gluets, strength and abdominal. Each session is never the same but John makes sure exercises selected, he's going to make sure you get the best out the the session. The group is very friendly and new comers are always felt welcoming. We also get together to do something fun every few months. For anyone that's interested why not give it a go. It's not just for young but all ages (and I'm no spring chicken). I'll You don't know what your missing till you've tried it.ÔŅĹ

I've notice a massive improvement to my fitness strength and stamina, I'm more toned and feel much better than I have done for years!
Great sessions and tips with an instructor that really does take care of you. Never the same, but for some reason my whole body always feels like it's had a workout. I know I wouldn't get half the benefit if I went to a gym.
Great serious work outs - very well rounded and is having a great impact reducing my blood sugar
Cyclist recovering from Back Surgery. The programme John gave me was personally tailored to my needs, aspirations & capabilities. The results speak for themselves, a personal best FTP following his 8 week programme. John‚Äôs in depth knowledge, monitoring & feedback were a constant source of encouragement & ensured that I achieved my targets & beyond. I‚Äôm now back on my bike & reaping the rewards. 'Caretaker’ has taken me out of my comfort zone in a very easy way! I have learned there is more to getting in shape than just the normal gym and enjoyed the various routines every week regardless of the rain and mud! with John's guidance on training and nutrition, I have definitely improved a lot since joining the sessions.
