What can I say . This place is amazing .We got married here last July and while the weather was not perfect everything about our wedding day was . Francoise and her team are amazing ,so helpful,friendly and professional yet they seam to fade in to the background but always there when you need them . From planning the wedding,to the food ,decorations and music . They made it look easy . The food was outstanding we had afternoon tea and it was yummy. If I could I would get married there again. Would highly recommend.

Went to the Senspa Members evening. Had a great time. We were well looked after and the little walled garden was great for the occasion. Had the pineapple/banana smoothie which was very tasty. The vegan snacks were excellent. Was a lovely balmy evening.Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thank you to the manager and chef at Le Blaireau restaurant who made a lovely vegan dish for me as I didn’t like the vegan option on the menu! Nice touch to a lovely spa break

Thank you so much for the Wake you put on for the Dunn family yesterday. It was my first visit there and I was hugely impressed, food and service was amazing. I'm very tempted to come and try out your spa.

Special treat for my husbands 50th. We had the best time, quality time together with a couples spa day. Staff are amazing and accommodating, we were a little late for breakfast and they were happy to move our times about and set an amazing breakfast up for us in the relaxation room after our first treatment. We were soon so relaxed we didn’t want to leave.

My son Lee Bedding had his wedding day at Careys Manor on Tuesday and it was a wonderful day and evening. The whole day went really well thanks to the excellent service provided by the team at Careys Manor. We had a room set by for family and friends to join Lee and Heidi for breakfast the next morning and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and our every wish was catered for. Many many thanks to all staff involved in making this such a memorable occasion. I will definitely be recommending you to others. �

Love it . It feels like my second home. Food is beautiful. Staff helpful and friendly. The treatments are just so relaxing . I have now been about 6 times over the years I only wish I could afford more. I also like the way mobile phones are banned in certain areas. So no stress no noise . No demands . Just rest and relaxation .

What's not to like?

I had an amazing spa day yesterday with family. I especially loved the hydrotherapy pool and steam rooms. I also had the best facial. Very yummy food too! I would highly recommend.

Had an amazing day at the spa .As a birthday treat for a friend .The cream tea was so good especially as I asked for a gluten free one .They went out of there way to make it as good as the normal one .staff were so welcoming and friendly a credit to the hotel .we will be back .

Cannot say how fantastic this has been. Great staff and great food. Made our anniversary weekend feel very special.

Came here with friends to celebrate a birthday. Breakfast and lunch were superb, as were the spa facilities and the heaven and earth massage was, without doubt, the best massage I have ever had!

The only thing that could improve our day would be blankets in the relaxation room upstairs and fruit to eat by the drinks.

Booked a 2 night zen spa escape break to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Massive brownie points gents!

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The ladies in the spa were excellent and the massage we had was amazing, we also did the Rhassoul mud treatment, which was fun! We eat in all 3 restaurants and the quality of the food and service couldn’t be faulted

Amazing time at zen spa from the moment we walked through the door. All staff members are very polite and could not do enough for you.

so many rooms and different things to do. From the choice of classes (we booked the aerobics) which wasn’t to intimidating. The breakfast was great so much to choose from, and the tai lunch was so tasty. The kind waitress even asked the chef to make one of the dishes with less spice. Definitely worth a visit just make sure you book a full day. I took magazine and a book thinking I would get bored but didn’t even get the chance to read them.

Lovely relaxing treatment - not a fan of the stairs between all the spa rooms.



Car park super lumpy bumpy - been like it a while now too



Lunch super tasty couldn’t fault food � but prosecco was flat ...rectified quickly though and hubby’s G&T arrived half way through the meal so that was taken off the bill



It’s not seamless service and when you want to relax you just want it right, nobody likes to have to ‘say’

Happy to take feedback re: plastic cotton buds and plastic cups ...I mentioned it last year and I said it’s a shame they haven’t got round to paper buds and just glass for relaxation area. Staff member informed me that they have got rid of plastic straws which is great! She also said she will point out my observations again to the spa manager ...one planet � no plan..et B step up and make the changes

Booked a spa day through spa breaks for me and a friend as per our new year tradition.



The receptionist at the spa was polite and helpful, there was some confusion over our treatments (we had booked an additional two as well as well as the package) which was quickly rectified and well handled.



My first treatment was really nice as was the light breakfast, the facilities were good although there were no towels down by the pool which mean carrying around wet towels to and from the changing room.



Also I didn't like having to take down my wet pool shoes and Thai pj's there should be somewhere in the locker room to leave them. As a guest it isn't convenient. Also I think the lockers should be updated so they don't need a token to be inserted every time they are used.



My other note would be there were a lot of stairs (I have a bad knee which was on the form) so going up and down for treatments and meeting at reception to go back up to a room was a bit annoying and although they are trying to make use of the space it didn't seem well organised. Another point I was taking to the relaxation room after my treatment and my friend was taken to reception which was strange.



The lunch was fantastic and will definitely return to the restaurant. There was a great choice on the menu and each dish was beautifully presented. The gentlemen that was the host was very friendly and took special care with my allergies.



However I ordered a milkshake and it came 45 minutes after I ordered it and warm which was a shame -although again when I returned it it was removed from the bill.



The second treatment I thought I had booked for 3pm (our first was at 10.30) but upon arrival it had been changed to 4.15. Personally I think it was maybe moved in the confusion but as a result it was quite a long day (arrived at 9am) and I didn't enjoy it as much because I was sort of ready to go home at 4.



Aside from that it was a nice day and the food was great. Would return and recommend :-)

Have been here previously and hugely enjoyed it but sadly this recent visit was not so great. Food took an hour to arrive in the spa (simple smoothie and light snack) and I had to chase up twice and the order was still wrong when it finally arrived. No deduction offered on bill.



I also pointed out that wellness tea urns had run out whilst on my long wait and they still hadn't been filled an hour later. Waiting so long for food service wasted a lot of the limited time I could have been using the facilities and I wouldn't have bothered ordering had I known how long it would take. They had also run out of spa shoes in average sizes.



I emailed afterwards to give the venue a chance to respond rather than just leaving a bad review online (did not wish to spoil the celebration by complaining on the day) and no response two weeks later so here it is. Not what you expect for such an expensive experience sadly.
