Been a busy day with two lovely photo sessions. This one however is very special. Amy wanted to create a unique photo with the gorgeous Frank and Ronnie to announce that she and her partner are expecting a baby which is due to arrive in December 2018.
Such a privilege to be involved 🙂

Bear's owner is the winner of one my recent caption competitions. I have to say so though, I felt like the winner meeting the very handsome Bear :-)

How does a photo session work? Once we have booked your session and worked together to agree the initial brief, we meet on the day where I will spend time to ensure that your pet feels at ease with me. Then and only then I will start to introduce the camera equipment so that they are comfortable. I use long lenses so don't need to be very close. I usually prefer to come to you and take the photographs at a location that you know and are familiar with.This ensures that everyon...e feels comfortable with their surroundings and will look at the photography session as an enjoyable experience. A session usually lasts between one and three hours. I will take many hundreds of images during a session in order to ensure that I capture all of the photographs needed to make sure we achieve that all important brief. I then go away and edit the photographs and post them in a special private gallery which is password protected, giving you complete confidentiality. A session costs £149, this includes reasonable traveling time, working up and agreeing the initial brief, in addition to everything on the day through to the detailed editing based on the brief, and the password protected private gallery. Once I have completed the editing process, the photographs will be uploaded to your gallery for viewing. I can also arrange to come and present the images in person if your prefer. You can then start to decide which images you would like to buy and we can agree how you would like these displayed in your home or presented, if they are a gift. I only use leading edge professional printing partners, where colour calibration is done at least twice a day on equipment designed to reproduce images to the highest standards. Your images are mounted and displayed in a range of beautiful frames, manufactured to impeccable standards, all of which ensure that your treasured images remain as outstanding as the day you receive them........

What a wonderful chap Carl is , we had a lovely walk through the woods with both our dogs, Ruben a 6 month Springer, who had a great time, and by accident our 13 yr old Dachshund Maurice got in on the act, Carl took time to catch Ruben having fun. Thank you for a taking the time, with a sometimes over enthusiastic Spaniel, I would certainly have no hesitation recommending Carl

Spent the day with Carl having a lesson on pet photography. It was a well planned out day and Carl was a very good teacher. The morning was theory and after a lovely lunch we headed out to photograph Carl's two dogs, Badger & Woody. Thank you Carl for an excellent day. I feel more confident about my photography now.

Would recommend Carl if you are wanting to learn the techniques of taking good photos.

I spent an enjoyable day with Carl earlier this year on a dog photography workshop. The whole day was very relaxed and informative, I loved how Carl shared lots of his little tips and genuinely wants to help you to learn.

A morning of tea and theory followed by a lovely lunch and then the best part, meeting Woody and Badger, Carl's two beautiful dogs for an afternoon of practical photography.

I would 100% recommend booking a day with Carl if you are interested in improving your pet photography techniques :)

I have had some photos done of my two staffies, for my husbands birthday.....

The photos are fantastic....Carl is a lovely guy who spent a long time out on a walk with us, taking pics of what my dogs love doing the best, charging around in the woods....very professional, friendly and efficient service....highly recommended....

I can't thank Carl enough as not only did he travel to my most favourite place (Norfolk) to do the photo shoot he also made both my dogs feel at ease with him and the camera around. The end result was we have now got some fantastic photos to treasure :-). Myself and my family and of course my dogs all had an amazing time on the photo shoot and that's all thanks to Carl turning it into a fun time.

Having just spent the afternoon with my Black Labrador called Sam who is my Hearing Dog (as I am profoundly deaf)! Thoroughly enjoyed and can't wait to see the photos! I totally agree with the comments Carl is a lovely guy and when once we started to discuss cameras and equipment it just felt so relaxed and good! I am hoping to get back into photography and working with Sam and Carl may just kick start my love of photography again! Haven't been able to since losing my parents and gettin Sam! Thank you Carl

Had a wonderful walk in the woods, my dog found the only bit of mud and wallowed so some funny as well as very beautiful photos. My dog who is wary of strangers took to Carl straight away. I was so pleased I bought a photoshoot for my sisters dog who also had a great time. Carl got lots of action shots which is amazing as this dog is a real couch potato. All the photos are fantastic

Had Carl come and photograph my springer Charlie today! And it was amazing and I can not wait to see the edited versions! And Charlie who is normally quite nervous around new people was at ease with Carl! Thank you for an amazing morning even though it rained at the very end!

Exceptionally good really clear wonderful photographs ,it's so hard to take a photo if your dog is black but he's managed to capture the Contours of the dogs face

Carl went above and beyond what I expected of my photo shoot. He has the patience of a saint and is a natural when it comes animals. He has so many great ideas of what would look good and made me and my pup feel right at ease. He didn’t rush the shoot and took plenty of photos. The end product was amazing and I can’t wait to put them up in my house. Carl has a natural talent when it comes to taking photos and working with animals. I was also so impressed that he travelled such a distance to do the photo shoot and was extremely prompt. I will definitely be using Carl again for more photo shoots in the future. A great experience and a lovely man who had a massive passion for what he does!

Carl is an incredible photographer. Rosie is a fussy shepherd and she will not always engage with people. She was great with Carl and he captured the character of our lovely dog perfectly with his exquisite pictures. He clearly has a great connection with animals and we would give him the highest of recommendations. He presented our prints in a beautiful case and having seen his framed work they are of the highest quality which will last a lifetime. We now have some wonderful memories of our Rosie doo-da. Thank you Carl!

Carl is an absolutley amazing photographer! He is proffessional and nothing is too much trouble! The dogs loved working with him too! Would definetely recommend!!! �
