To be honest I think boycotting one of the most nicest and tastiest food I have eaten in this premises is going a little bit too far ... Yes there was a mistake made a very big one but it was and sounds a very genuine one the owners have made a sincere apology to the couple concerned :) as Horsham people I am a strong believer in supporting our local businesses and as a small business holder I also sometimes get bad reviews but I also have a wonderful clientele who support my business .. I for one will Not stop going to carmellas restaurant :)) love the food and great service too ......

My first visit last night for a friends 40th. Lovely atmosphere upstairs - really personal, polite, attentive and professional staff, excellent food - my steak was huge and tasted really rather good. We all had a great meal. Nothing was too much trouble - the owner / manager came to see us at the end of our night. She was totally accommodating

I’d happily return and I’m planning a meal there again - I live 24 miles away but it’s worth the drive

Love this little restaurant. Never had a bad meal here and the people are so friendly and couldn't be more attentive. Good to see some gluten free choices on the latest menu too. Ate dinner last night with four other friends. The plates would have been licked clean if we had been on our own. Delicious food and wine. Keep up the good work guys, you're doing great. X

An authentic Italian restaurant with delicious varied food and a very good wine list. The staff are beautifully attentive with a friendly professional manner.

Our food was served promptly with a smile, we had the best ever fish platter to share, the fish was very light and delicious. The focaccia bread was light and just perfect! Steak and pork for main course was flavoursome and cooked to perfection with a good mix of flavours and textures. All credit to the chef!

Highly recommend for couples, families and groups. We will certainly be visiting again soon. 😄
