Went to shopping centre Tuesday 26th April 2016 with a forget me not group as my mother has dementia. My mother told me she was going to look in one shop as I sat on a bench. I thought she'd been a while and checked the shop she was not there I did look for her, and so did some of our group. After waiting to see if my mother would return I went to find the wardens and explained what happened, they were brilliant so helpful announced over tannoy system for her then got in touch with cctv and police which I am so great full as she had gone walking and was found with the police bringing her back. There was one warden who stayed with me and kept on reassuring me while I was in a state of shock. Thank you very much for all your help

Very wheelchair friendly with a great choice of shops including ones you wouldn't find anywhere else like the lol shop

The Cascades have been fantastic supporting my team with our fundraising for CRUK!!! Credit to them!!! Thank you to all the management and security staff who make us very welcome. Great place to shop too!!!

I love coming to cascades when I visit Portsmouth. Some great shops and I love Primark �

First time I have been there ..not overcrowded , clean, the toilets were lovely and clean .I am from Southampton and went to Evans specifically as the one in Southampton closed down .

Cascades is a great shopping centre and a good place to be, it's nice and warm and bright, we all go there regularly.

A great shopping experience a must to visit if in this area.

Was Just a shopping centre. Had some good and not so good shops ....

Shops are a bit dull.

Nothing out of the ordinary to make you want to visit specifically.

Nice and modern, some good stores. But eating is a massive disappointment. We followed signs for food gallery, to discover it is actually only Subway up there!

It's all there. It's in the centre of Portsmouth and there are shops.

It's a shopping centre with shops. What more can I say? Oh I know. Don't tag yourself there cuz they won't let you forget it!

Needs more baby stores went shopping for some baby stuff couldn't find anything that would even come close to fitting her and ones I did fine was way to expensive 20 pound for a dress is ridiculous.

Much smaller than I expected. Not been there for many years. One affordable eatery. Not much choice for places to eat lunchtime.

Cascades needs modernising, cleaning up and a food hall.

Well and truly disappointed with our visit to the grotto today. It's a lot smaller then last years and a lot less magical for my daughter. When we finally managed to get in despite the fact we pre booked we came face to face with the angriest looking santa I've ever seen. He so clearly didn't want to be there. Now I understand he's probably been there all day and seen a lot of people. However he has chosen to be santa for these children but instead has disappointed myself and my daughter. He barely interacted with her only saying hello and goodbye. I understand my daughter is just a baby at 17 months but she can talk and interact..even if she couldn't that's not an excuse to be a mute santa. She started to cry and he just stared at her i don't even think he thought about saying something to comfort her. The two girls dressed as the elves where very helpful and kind however I will not be visiting your grotto again.
