Loch Duart salmon en croutes in puff pastry with grilled asparagus, butternut squash and sage purée, seated king scallop and st Jacques sauce.
... Slow cooked beef fillet strips bourguignon with baby onions, lardons and mushrooms in rich red wine sauce, whole grain mustard mash, mange tout, root vegetable crisps.

Went to Chambers for first time yesterday as one of fifteen to celebrate a 21st birthday. Very impressed. Food excellent, staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Will return.

Very relaxed setting food was excellent. Loved the mini champagne candle in my Eton Mess as it was my birthday. Can't wait to go back.

My favourite restaurant in Sussex. Stunning food, excellent wine and the best service ever, staff lovely, welcoming and attentive.......Agnes is a real star! We won our meal in their Christmas comp. Must thank all concerned for a truly wonderful evening. Already booked for Valentines meal.

Just ate there with my beautiful lady. We started with olives and bread and oils... superb. Then for mains tuna steak on a bed of minted risotto... & fish and chips, again superb... Followed by Eaton mess with kirsh... And Bailey's ice cream in a brandy snap basket... again superb... The cheese board surficed... The beer and drinks were cold. The service was class and the live jazz added to a quality ambiance. I recommend if you can get a table.

I love everybody at Chambers. I should not really be posting this review because I am not a one off visitor giving my opininion but a regular customer of 3 to 4 years standing. The place is super, there maybe times when things don’t come out right from the kitchen or there are delays with your food but overall the staff do a wonderful job.

I just want to thank all the staff for last night. Our food was fabulous, service was amazing.

I had the absolute best lunch here today. I was seeing a friend in Shoreham for a couple of days and was so glad to spend my last afternoon in town here. Agnes and Mike took great care of me. I ate every bite of my French onion soup, Tempura King Prawn lollipops accompanied by warm soba noodles and a delicious wasabi dipping sauce. My favorite by far though was the mussels. I loved the winter feel of the dish with its apple cider broth with a touch of cream, green apples, bacon and pearl onion. I enjoyed it with a glass of prosecco that had a dry finish and balanced out the sweetness perfectly. I nearly left without taking dessert until I spotted the cheese board featuring all locally sourced cheeses from West Sussex. The homemade pear and prune chutney was a perfect sweet treat. I’d have to say though, what made this family run restaurant extra special for me on this day, however, was they were playing Ella Fitzgerald’s greatest hits. Had the chicken liver parfait and fish cake on spinach which I must say was delicious and would recommend. Service was great and priced fairly I think so I will be back. One criticism is the menu is a little short and not enough choice but what there is is nice

Had an amazing anniversary dinner, staff remembered we were there for a special occasion which was really nice. Food was some of the best I have tasted great dinner would definitely return!

Delightful evening with friends, away from the music, which was great, but we also wanted a good chat. It was good to be asked. Waitresses were lovely. Efficient & polite. Food was yummy. We all said we’d like to come back.

5* service,ambience and food! Our family love spending time in this fantastic restaurant, as Agnes and all her staff are friendly, attentive and give such personal service. The food is always beautifully presented and tastes absolutely heavenly. The chefs must be genius in their field, as no matter what one orders, it always is cooked to total perfection! The ambience is always relaxed and one always leaves feeling special. We have been going to Chambers for years now, choosing this as a venue for all special occasions, and the 'thank goodness it's the weekend' ones too! An unbelievable experience, made even more special by the lovely staff

The food is very good and cooked to perfection ,we found the staff very nice and polite ,we have been a few times and it is always nice and relaxing .

Mixed emotions, first time was a Friday...amazing steaks and great service, second time was a Sunday evening..steak came covered in sauce and mackerel was just this side of fresh..go on a Friday
