This place is amazing have been going to chapters for the last 13 years and have never ever been disappointed! Been dark brown to red now to purple! Kara is brilliant!! As are all of them. Highly highly recommend!!!

This is the most Fantastic salon, the staff are all very friendly and flexible. I went in with a photo of what I wanted, a complete change and it was achieved. I couldn't recommend this enough.

Really good hairdressers, they ask you how you would like your hair done and actually listened to you! Even after moving out of Witney I still go back to get my hair done there! Highly recommend 👍

Josie re-styled my hair today, and it's the best haircut I've ever had! I showed her a picture of the style I wanted, and she totally nailed it. I've already booked my next appointment with her. The staff were all very friendly, and the salon has a lovely chilled out atmosphere.

I went into the salon with DIY ginger hair and left with amazing ashy blonde hair. Katy and everyone there was extremely helpful on what to do with my hair and I left with exactly what I wanted. Wonderful service - would highly recommend!! Thank you Katy!

I was so impressed with all the staff in the salon!!! My youngest daughter (13) has autism and struggles with certain environments, but she was immediately put at ease by the very understanding and friendly staff. A special thank you to Kara, who welcomed her so warmly and chatted with her throughout her haircut, she absolutely adores you now!! And thank you Kara, for letting me take photos of the both of you...it really helps!! We think you're all fab....you deserve an Autism Awareness badge!!! Xxx
