What can I say ... WOW what a transformation I love my eyebrows . Sophie did my eyebrows and I am extremely pleased with them and has given me confidence back in having a nice set of eyebrows and no more pencilling in I can wake up with them already on my face . Sophie was lovely made me feel very comfortable and the other salon staff were very pleasant . Would definitely recommend if you are looking to get your brows done . The salon is beautiful very clean and tidy and would definitely return for more treatments there . I travelled from Whitstable and have so many salons near to me but heard so many great reviews about this salon I wouldn't go any where else but here �

Love love love my eyebrows thank you Charmaine, such a lovely friendly salon and you were really understanding on how I wanted them to look. Taking the time and patience to get them how I wanted, saves so much time in the mornings because now I can wake up with perfect eyebrows ready to go.

I went to see Charmaine in April to have my first session of having my Semi Permanent Eyebrows. I immediately felt very comfortable and relaxed in her very luxurious salon. She spent a long time getting the shape exactly as I wanted them and did not stop until she had them “perfect”! We chatted throughout but at the same time keeping her very high level of professionalism. Today I went for my 4 week top up and again made to feel very welcome. I said to Charmaine after finishing that I couldn’t have imagined them to be any better than they already were but they were!! I want to Thank you so much. I absolutely Love Them �� You are amazing xx

I simply love my eyebrows. The whole experience is superb too from booking with a really friendly and helpful receptionist, the beautiful salon and then seeing Charmaine work her wonders on the couch. She is a perfectionist and a credit to her industry. Strangely however, the best thing about my eyebrows is when I take my makeup off at night and am left with these awesome bad boys! Thank you.

I have been wanting my eyebrows done for years, but kept putting it off as I was so nervous. I finally had them done today and I'm so happy! Charmaine is fantastic and made me feel at ease. I had been doing loads of research about where to get my brows done as I was really nervous they’d come out badly but I decided on Charmaine and I’m so glad I did!!

Charmaine was so great when I spent aaaages making sure I was happy with the shape, she was happy to keep making tiny tweaks while I just stared and stared in the mirror until I was sure they were how I wanted them. She was friendly and professional and they came out absolutely perfect. It didn’t take that long and I barely felt a thing! (Their numbing cream is great!) They were even better after the touch up! I wanted to go a little darker and add a little bit and she did it perfectly. So glad I finally got it done and so, so glad that I went to Charmaine! Would highly recommend to anyone! (Sent my friend in to get hers done as soon as I’d had mine done!) the salon is lovely too!

I Spent a long time researching where to go and I couldn’t of chosen a better artist, In love with my brows and so pleased with the shape and thickness, char listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t rush drawing on the perfect set, recommend anyone considering to use this lovely lady�

Had my eyeliner tattooed today by Charmaine top and bottom , really pleased with the results , made me feel at ease . staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome , salon is beautifully done out too .

Had my eyebrows done with Sophie last year and recently had the annual colour boost. I LOVE my eyebrows now, no drawing on just get up and go! The salon is beautiful and everyone is so friendly and welcoming not to mention the salon itself is just beautiful and luxurious

Had mine done on 31st January 2017, and I absolutely love them, I plan to do as Charmaine told me so that I have them for as long as I can. I was made to feel very comfortable all the staff are really friendly and Charmaine talks you through everything she does, and is brilliant at it. A few of my work colleagues are interested too.

I never felt confident enough to go out without them pencilled on and even then I didn't feel good about them I would draw them on then wipe them off it took ages to get them right and I'm embarrassed to say I would get upset by this but not anymore I'm out of the house quicker and happier and feeling confident so I can't thank you enough I highly recommend you and your salon everyone there was helpful and friendly xxx �

Charmaine is so good at what she does. Totally professional and very patient. I had no brows last year. Had my Base and top up. And last weekend went back for more . Has changed my life and made getting out in the mornings so much faster. I actually enjoy the process and find it quite relaxing.

Can't wait for them to be fully healed again to reveal my lovely topped up brows. �

Amaaaaazing !!!!! Went and had my brows done today with charmaine !!! And I am IN LOVE !!! Cannot wait to get up in the morning and not have to draw on my brows !!! I was a bit nervous that it would hurt but I actually nearly fell asleep !!!! From start to finish charmaine talked me through everything and made sure I was happy !!!! After winning a competition in January I went aling today for me eyebrows. I was made to feel at ease and Charmaine kept checking to make sure she was happy, OMG they are amazing, thank you Charmaine. I've now booked for new lashes ready for my holiday in March x

After about 2 years of looking online for the perfect brow technician i finally bit the bullet and had my semi permanent eyebrows in February. I already had high hopes when going due to the vast amount of research i had done, where Chramaine continually came out on top.

I honestly could not have hoped for anything more! Not only is the salon beautiful and luxurious, but all the staff are really friendly, even down to the nice young girl putting the numbing cream on my eyebrows! Charmaine is friendly and professional, and puts you straight away at ease. She created the most amazing eyebrows for me and did not stop until they were a perfect shape, as agreed by both of us. The top up 4 weeks later only helped in me loving them more. This was honestly one of the best desicions i have ever made when it comes to beauty and i can't believe i held off doing it for so long!
