So happy to have the best bubble tea so close to work. Don't have to wait til I go to London.

Just wanted to say something nice about yesterday afternoon (Tues 20th June) - it was sweltering in the shop and it was SO busy the 2 staff were quite behind with a couple of large group orders. The customers were so impatient and had quite bad attitudes.. sure nobody likes waiting, especially when it's so hot, but I certainly wouldn't want to be working there in that heat either, no air con or even a fan!

So, a big thank you for continuing the customer service, despite working conditions, and I hope you had your own fresh bubble tea, with extra ice!! �
