This to my mind is a unique area if Britain's coastline & quite beautiful. It's shallow inlets are most picturesque and provide wonderful safe sailing and bathing. For a wonderful sand dune beach a visit to West Wittering is a must.

Lovely walks with lots of wild birds and scenic views. Public transport is good. Interesting villages such as Bosham pronounced bozam.

It's an outstanding area of natural beauty and a very peaceful place to visit. Don't come here when the tide is out because there is not a pleasant smell. A lovely place to go for a walk and dog friendly.

Good place for a walk or bike ride with the family. Visitor parking is also available if you prefer arriving by car. Food and drinks available. You can see the lock in operation, could be interesting for the kids.

The most beautiful place in the world. So many varied habitats and vistas.

Nice Beach , good weekend getaway from London or whereabouts . Some chips and stuff can be purchased, but you're better off stocking up some good grub. Bring kites as the wind is good. You can surf too.
