My wife and I went for lunch there on a Saturday after a movie at Ashford branch. Received great service and food promptly delivered. They checked in on us a few times to see if all was Ok. Food was hot and tasted fresh and great too, and they let us pick the menu to suite our taste and hunger level, by tweaking it for us. We will definitely do this again.

Great food, jugs of Long Island ice tea = merry customers(slightly drunk wife apology for her review���)..... Good chuckle at some of the punters who looked like they hadn't been able to go for a "cheeky Nandos" I mean when did it become a night out for 20 something lads to go for a meal on a Saturday night?? �

Great staff..... If there is a problem don't be a dick with them they are just doing a job and don't need your moaning bollocks dragging down their night, be polite and you will be surprised how well they will do all they can to serve you and make sure your visit is a good one, been coming here for years kids love it and great for a "date night" without the kids�

Tried out this resturant for the first time with my partner last night, was impressed with both the service and the food, we both went for the fajitas and they were delicious !!! The waiting time for food was excellent. I tried the two for one christmas cocktails... jingle balls are the one. We will definitely be back

Have just eaten here and was a little disappointed. Staff were less than attentive. There were less than 20 people there and at least 6 staff but took a good 5-10 mins before anyone came over to ask for drinks and once drinks ordered was another 10 mins plus before they were served :( one of the party (only 3 of us) ordered chicken and pulled pork burrito and when food arrived they couldn't find any chicken or pulled pork :( at not point during our visit did staff come over and ask if everything was okay or if anything else was needed (by this time there were less then 10 people there) so no idea what the staff were doing? Although when we mentioned about the lack of meat in burrito they did offer 25% off the bill but we would have got this anyway with Cineworld unlimited card. An apology was given but this was half hearted. Very disappointed Chiquitos. 3 unhappy customers :/

30 minute wait for a table then 45 minutes (and still waiting) for food... good thing we saw the film first... wonder when we will get to eat. Awful service... I mean how long does it take to make 4 tacos and a curry?!?!?!?

Waited over 1 hour for my food. Finally come out... hard chips and a half made chicken wrap with not the right ingredients. Waste of time never ever again.

Shocking bad experience for my daughters 12th birthday. Initially staff very helpful and friendly, unfortunately that young lad went on his break. The first problem was when an incorrect meal was bought out, but that was rectified quickly, showing they can do things quickly when they want to. I saw the young lad hand over our 2 tables to a woman taking over who then promptly ignored us and the whole of our section. She was more interested in swaggering ground the restaurant sorting empty tables than being concerned about customers halfway through their meals. 45mins after finishing our mains I had to go and ask at the bar for our plates to be cleared and for dessert menus. Finally an hour after finishing their main meals the kids got to order pudding which then took another half hr to appear. I would’ve understood had it been packed, but it wasn’t! We would’ve had more drinks and the adults would’ve had pudding but after the time it took we were too cross to want anything else, and just wanted to get out of there! Showing bad service does affect how much people spend. The ignorant waitress continued to swag about with an stinking attitude and an air of not wanting to be there. Our bill took an age to appear too, and even though a discount was applied as I had to complain they kept the service charge on! It was the service I had complained about. I’ve had a bad experience here many times before, and haven’t been here for a long time. The only reason we went again was my daughter choice for her birthday with friends. I will definitely not be going back there ever again. Shocking service and ridiculously slow every time. Really put a dampener on birthday celebrations, even the kids noticed how slow it was and how rude the waitress was.

Service is absolutely shocking. I will never be coming back. Im still sat here as a table of 7 only half the table has been cleared in the last 15 mins. Staff just wondering around looking lost.

Myself my wife and 3 young children have just got back from a truly awful experience at the Ashford branch. Upon arrival there was plenty of tables free so we thought all would be swift with service, how wrong could we be!! Initially we dealt with a young girl with who looked to be totally fed up that she was working and had all the customer service of a fork! We then had to wait ages for someone to come and take our order, a very nice lady with blond curly hair who told me they were extremely short staffed but would do what ever she could as we had 3 young inpatient kids. Our main meals, although very tasty took ages to come along due to the lack of staff! Of particular interest was that the initial young member of staff was sitting in full view of everyone enjoying a 3 course meal on her break! I get the fact breaks are due but felt antagonised that she was enjoying her meal in full view of customers which the 2 members of staff were running around trying to keep everyone happy! After our meal we had to wait ages for someone to ask if we wanted desert which as we had the kids meal we had paid for but after leaving the menu no one came back to take our order! Unfortunately after another 30mins of waiting we had to explain to our 3 kids that we could not wait any longer and had to track down staff to pay the bill! After which we left, with the rude member of staff still enjoying their meal! Absolutely shocked that a large chain was left so under staffed but even worse so that the staff attitude was so poor apart from the curly haired lady! The management was non exsistant and the 2 working staff were left to fend for themselves! This was our second time of late where we’ve been left disappointed by our visit and it could well be the last! Very poor management!!

Got voucher on my rewards advertising call and collect 15 pounds off when spend 30 pounds or over when I called they said they can't do takeaways as they don't have any takeaway containers

Claimed to be full, easily had 15 tables free but due to the amount of 'bookings' couldn't give us a table but let 4 people have a table in front of us with no booking. Then overhear there's a delay on the food in the empty restaurant. Sounded like they just wanted an early night �
