Our services are well run by dedicated managers and staff based at the regional office in Havant. We support people throughout Hampshire from as far afield as Portsmouth, Petersfield or Winchester. We aim to provide a very personal and flexible service to enable everyone we support to have full, healthy and meaningful lives.

Increasingly the people we support are demanding flexible services that do not fit with traditional models of support. Our managers help people and their families to develop their own support package from as little as one hour support a day up to 24 hours a day.

We are able to recruit, train and develop staff teams to meet individual needs. People can choose which staff regularly support them and can change the time of their support whenever they want to.

Many of the people we support have local authority funding, a direct payment or an individual budget. Some people choose to top up with private funding if they want more care and support. We can explore options with you like sharing or banking support hours which enables some people to have a holiday, do more activities and give their families some respite.
We can provide services to people who may have a physical disability, a learning disability or a mental health need and would like social care support. Our Hampshire services have developed expertise supporting people with mental health needs many of whom have experienced homelessness and have addiction problems.
